Shlama/shalom Akhuni! I speak aramaic and you're right. Hebrew, aramaic and arabic are closely related languages especially aramaic and hebrew. In our aramaic dialect we say Alaha just as you mentioned it on your clip. Even words like angel in aramaic we say "malakha" and in arabic "Malak". Many many similar words in hebrew and aramaic.

Thnxs bro, I've always said the quran is a combination of the Torah and the old gospel. I think we're much closer to the jews in terms of religious practice for ex. praying. We're all descendents of Ibrahim(Abraham). I will always see the Jews as kin to me even though christians are also, the ppl of the book. the languages of arabic and hebrew all stem from the same language family which happen to include Aramaic.................they are a family!

@JustB3NJI Actually that's not true. Islam is more montheistic than both Judaism and Christianity - as acknowledge by the latter, not my words, and not an attack on the latter either! There are various similarities between the 3 main religions but the name of the One God, which the arabs took from their ancestors (the offspring of Abraham A.S) was Allah. This predates Islam by centuries if not millenia.

Furthermore they all belong to the Abrihamic family of religions having been all touched by those older civilisations. Islam is the worlds newest major religion, and it is a lineage based upon those 2. @JustB3NJI No one copied anybody. They all came from the same SOURCE...God. God is merciful and gave many revelations to hard headed humans so they may have salvation. It is humans who change words and don't follow commands of God. The last revelation sent to mankind is the Quran which is complete and final testament to humans, last messenger to humans is Muhammad. Problem with everyone who believes in an afterlife is that they're all pretty sure a heaven awaits them....It's a psychological games we play on our selves to reduced our fears on our morality. I don;t wanna die, but (at the very least) I am not yet old enough tp feel the urge to cling onto the hope of an afterlife, and frankly I can't see the appeal in immortality. Besides, if there is one constant in the universe, it is that nothing last forever, I doubt the human soul is an exception!

@JustB3NJI fear of mortality is not primarily why people believe in heaven and hell. We believe in life hereafter because God gave us a purpose of our existence. This is not our only life but a temporary abode to see who would believe in God and the message and who will not. It is not a game or God tricking us. I see those who take this life as play and amusement as lost souls that need guidance, rather it is way to reflect on your own life and make it better for yourself and those around you.

We who believe in morals and standards say to live the temporary abode in a way that is sincerely pleasing to our Creator so we reap the rewards in the eternal life which is to come.
