Plenty of Fish is a trip as well.... this guy took me to the santa monica pier and we just walked around... for HOURS. i work retail and had just got done with an 8 hour shift standing on my feet. awesome. he then asked me if i wanted to eat something, i said no (since it was 11:30 pm) and he proceeded to get some pizza and eat it in front of me. after he was done eating he suggested we walk around more. i told him to take me home. after all that he was expecting a kiss! hell. no.

A single friend of mine belongs to OK Cupid and she has an album on her Facebook called "OK Stupid" with a bunch of silly stories like these with their pics attached. A lot of them are along the same lines of what you got. Only she's in Oklahoma, so the weirdos are all over the US! haha
after quite some time of online dating and experiencing ALL the things you mentioned and more, i met my (now) husband on a site for "big beautiful women and the men that love them". he's perfect for me and i'm so glad i put in all the work to find him in that GINORMOUS haystack! keep it up, it will pay off.
Me and a friend joined a dating site too, we'd always exchange online dating horror stories. Its hard out there for a big girl (hell, for any girl). The worst was feeling like some sort of weird fetish. Like being a bigger girl or bbw (cringe) isnt normal. Some good did come out it.. my friend met a nice guy. I met my boyfriend of almost 6 months on okcupid. We clicked instantly and are really happy together. There are a lot of creeps on there, but obviously there are good people on there, you just have to weed through a lot of frogs.

We've had a long journey, but it's been great! We both had put God first and I know that He put us together because of it. The weirdest first "IM" on OKC that I got was "I can't tell if you're cute or not". Which, compared to yours, isn't that weird. I ended up in a relationship with that guy for 2 years.

Well.. I found a geeky gamer guy looking for friends to hang with so we met up. Well.. years later we're very happily married ^_^. So.. wasnt a normal online dating thing.. but we met online and well.. it could happen!

So I told him there was no use, I knew who he was and while I didn't mean to hurt his feeling I also didn't want to waste his time because I wasn't interest.

The worst one I got was a guy with a foot fetish who said he wanted to buy me leather boots and clean socks. Weird.
And I would get "Are you really 6 feet tall?" messages constantly.
