  • HE was MY age .... i could NOT believe it. THEN i got ANGRY "how DARE YOU DIE...?!!!" :_/

  • Fanito - When you are overly exited that something is done, finish, end or complete...

  • did you had a lot of pain just before it happend?

  • I never knew the guy, but it is really sad. Especially as he appeared to be fine in his final review of The Heist.

But this happened to me and a friend on YouTube, he was making vlogs on YT about his forthcoming heart operation (he had tetra of the heart) and he sadly died on the operating table, (the operation itself was a success, he was poisoned by the anaesthetic), So it's really hard to watch the video he uploaded the day before about him lookinf forward to the op :(

  • I first saw his Shock 2 review on a random search and instantly got hooked on high standards and wit. I loved that guy.

p.s. you're coagulating your blood so you DON'T get clots?

  • @YOSUP315 No, the medicine I am on is an anti-coagulant and it keeps my blood thin to prevent clots from forming.

  • @GX2Productions

Gotcha gotcha. Just making sure you weren't killing yourself with wrong medication.

  • Someone explain to me what a pulminary embolism is? how common are they? Can they happen to anyone what are the risk factors

This guy was the same age as me when he died. Now I'm all paranoid.

  • @Zain844 Get active is all I need to say. A deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is the first step to a Pulmonary Embolism. It's when your blood flow is slow in your leg from long inactivity (not moving or exercising) and forms a blood clot in your leg and it travels up into your blood stream and may land in your lung. The bigger the clot is, the bigger the chance your gonna die. I'll explain what a Pulmonary Embolism is when I start to spread awareness of it.

  • Erm... I don't want to sound like a total dick, but he *did* write his reviews down, he *did* have a script.... He wouldn't have liked to get credit for something he didn't do (in that case: don't even needing a script). His writing was actually one, if not *the* best thing about his reviews.

  • @Begeaux It really didn't sound like it though. Heh.

  • @GX2Productions yeah, right!

  • @GX2Productions The funny thing is, Stephen didn't think of himself as a good writer. However, I think of him whenever I compose my reviews.

  • @MijukuDesu Well, he was wrong. He was a good writer.

  • Geez I'm so sorry that your friend died. :'(

That sucks what just happened to him. Pray to god I hope he is doing ok in heaven, cause a guy like him does sound very cool and kind to listen to. Rest in piece Mr. Fatman. RIP.

  • I'm sure his family and friends will appreciate this a lot, I appreciate this a lot, and I'm sure Stephen would have appreciated this the most.

    Rest in peace, Stephen Bray.

  • @Suiton1 I decided to make it a personal mission to spread awareness of Pulmonary Embolism. I feel that I've gotta do something about it.

  • @GX2Productions

That's great. It will be more of a Thrombophilia and DVT awareness for the most part though, because once it's at the lungs there's only so little science can offer.

    All power to you.

  • @Suiton1 I had 2 Pulmonary Embolisms. 2 blood clots went into my lung. On coumadin for like... 4 months now. It took me nearly 3 months to recover and I am still recovering sorta. I think the reason why people are getting it because not many people are active enough.

  • @GX2Productions It depends on their sizes and subsequent pulmonary arteriolar blockade, not the treatment. You most likely, like Stephen, have congenital thrombophilia, its only symptom is DVT if you're lucky or PE if you're unlucky; it is diagnosed by a blood test. Yours were small, his wasn't.

I'm trying to give you a framework before you start researching.

  • @Suiton1 Thanks man, I appreciate it.

  • RIP Stephen

  • Really sad, I realy enjoyed his reviews. May he rest in peace.

  • it's a sad day when a fellow reviewer passes on, rest in peace man.

  • I don't think I've ever heard of Anti Social Fatman but I am very sorry for your loss. My condolences to you.

  • Damn, You earn mad respect for this. I see the connection you had with him. Same Disease, Game Reviewers at heart, and fellow youtubers. I'm sure he would be happy Koi.

  • @SlayboarderFilms Yeah...

  • Damn, that hits close to home, I'll bet; to know someone that passed from something that your survived. It really makes you realize just how quickly life can be changed or even taken away. I had never heard of his, but it is indeed sad when someone that beloved by many passes so suddenly. Rest in piece, Mr. Bray.

  • Rest in Peace...

  • RIP ):

  • Rest in peace.
