Ich denke, dass Gotthard ohne Steve Lee nie mehr das sein wird, was sie mal waren... Das liegt einfach daran, dass er eine riesiege Lücke hinterlässt und auch nur sehr wenige Menschen gleichzeitig eine wahnsinns Stimme, wie auch eine sagenhafte Ausstrahlung besitzen.

Gleichzeitig muss man aber auch sehen, dass sie in Nic Maeder sowohl vom Voice, als auch vom Typ her eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen haben. Mal schauen was daraus wird.

Ich für meinen Teil wünsche den Jungs von Herzen alles Gute!

I know that before Gotthard Steve Lee and Leo Leoni (and maybe Neil Otupacca????)

Played togheter in a band called “Forsale”.

They have one album called “Stranger In Town” with Steve on vocals but, before this,

other disk exist with Steve on Drums (one album and one single if I have correct info)

Someone can help me?

They had to release a music video of one of their songs and they chose a ballad, which is a good way to show the ability of the singer. When the album comes, we'll be able to listen to the other new songs and then judge accordingly.

In my opinion, no one can be replaced easily, but from a music point of view, he is the right choice to replace Steve after his unfortunate demise (may he rest in peace).

Also, great choice for the song that "reveals" the new singer: "Remember, It's Me". We remember you, you're Gotthard, and you shall never be forgotten.

The singer sounds alright, I don't think Steve cannot be replaced (you can never really replace an original vocalist), but I haven't listened to many Gotthard songs to actually compare the styles of the singers.
