when halo came out and I played it on my regular tag, I got to a 49 in team slayer, 40something (43?) in lone wolves and 49 in double team. on alternate tags I've had at least 2 general tags. That's why in my credits I said I'm just on to play and have fun. I'm not concerned about levels, and its not because I can't level up

Sadly, montages have come leaps and bounds since august of 08. Still, good clips, and the editing doesn't out-do the gameplay.

random nades was at snowbound. someone was launching nades like crazy (looks like top mid) and she just went it kill stealing.

one double around 3:00. that stick was completely random in my opinion. and then used the br to get double. some stuff near credits. like the barrel double.

i guess im being too picky. alot of the stuff would be good if u play for fun. i play competitively (gamebattles, local tourney's, etc). some of the sticks and snipes to me see commonplace.

I'd also like to point out to everyone that the editing was actually pretty sick, some of the slow-downs really made it more entertaining to watch (4;20). Yeah the part at 5:40... the first barrel exploded and killed the guy on the stairs. The second barrel hit the guy in needler spawn and splattered him.

The video was OFF HOST and a bit laggy so it appears as if it missed him. It was the best we could get though. 99% of the "bullsh*t" is due to lag and latency... WE ALL DEAL WITH IT. :)

Im probably just too much of a TOOL fan to give a truly unbiased opinion, either way I likez it alot. As far as criticism, lets see, u used slow motion and fast blur at all the right moments. Added visual effects when they used the glass slide i think on the guitar to good affect. Could have footage of her somehow dancing on corpses like Maynard Keenan if thats even possible, at points in the song where he would be doing his signature weird lean and stomp or whatever. Would be funny.

Also I have to disagree with u on the level of editing I have achieved. While I'm happy with it, it's nowhere near as good as the people who have been editing for a long while.

Check out 'tages edited by Zola, Obscure Terror, Phurion, and others. SOOOOOOO much better than mine :) Although keep an eye for my next videos because they're only going to get better.

I concur with everyone else, great vid. Your obviously quite skilled, but to me the editing with TOOL song was the star of the show. I've always wanted to use a TOOL song for a montage, but i knew how much work would be involved to properly pull it off, just too lazy to follow through. But I'll tell you the way you matched it up was basically how I'd always seen it in my head, hats off to you for saving me a crapload of work, and making the best edited Halo tage ive ever seen.

i didnt see any exterminations even though there were a ton of over kills, what playlist do you usually do?

A number of the overkills were from ranked TS, some from Social Slayer and some from Multi Team... I think one was from Team Objective.

Exterminations are tricky because you have to get the Overkill before anyone respawns. Also she did have an exterm from a while back, but because of technical problems it never got capped.
