  • I am a beginner and I bought my cordoba at the gituar center and it cost only 300

  • What a great sounding guitar !

My tendons are damaged now, so I'm planning to get a Cordoba Cadet (3/4 size, shorter scale, so less string tension).

It obviously won't sound as good as your guitar (or most full size classical's) , but will hopefully still be pleasing to the ear.

  • Hey man, nice runs there, check out my rodrigo y gabriela cover that I do on my cordoba, I got a really great tone out of the pream and my amp.

  • you need practice on triplets

  • Hey dude whats up? Have you heard the doors song

, spanish caravan it has this same intro..

  • I went to Guitar Center and saw some Cordobas. I played one, I don't remember the model, but it was the best guitar I've ever heard, straight distinguished Spanish sound, dark cyprus wood, it was beautiful, I fell in love. It costs over $3,500! I'm going to get one some day.

  • Yeah, they are nice guitars. I got this one from eBay for $600US. Good luck!

  • i could juss die to have that guitar.. i hope to get a C5 in near future and the then graduate to 45R someday...

  • Keep an eye out for used Cordobas. They're a much better deal than a new C5. I recently purchased a used 40R from Guitar Center for the price of a C5, and it sounds awesome! You can buy used Cordobas online, but it's really better to test them out in person.

  • This is good!

  • cordoba recently came out with a new set of nylon string guitars!! Check out the "rose"! Nice playing btw. You'll get faster with practice.

  • Have you tried them? I need to change mine but im looking for something new. are they available in North america?

    thanks

  • They are very good classical guitars, if you want one at an inexpensive price I would go for the jet, or for very good playability and good all around sound get the rose. Costs from $1200 to $4000. Not cheap but worth the price. I believe that they are sold in the U.S. I'll pm you the site.

  • you have you play all part alternating i and m.

    and it's too slow.

  • very nice

  • Thanks!

  • Somthing about it didn't sit right with me...

    Sorry.

  • That's alright . . . I don't really know anything about flamenco music. Just a rough experiment! Peace.

  • What song is it?

  • I think it is called Malaguena. I'm not sure though.

  • Nice playing and I dig that tie.

  • where is it made from like what country?

  • The guitar is made in Spain.

  • cool so its made in Spain just as i thought. Anyways are you using metal strings or nylon strings? i cant quite see the strings.

  • It is a classical guitar . . . so it is strung with nylon strings. The three treble string are completely nylon and the three bass strings are nylon wrapped with metal. Cheers!

  • nice, so how much was it?

  • They are no longer made, so you can't buy a new one. They were replaced with the Pro-R. I got mine from Ebay for $600USD. I think they were around $1200+ new.

  • good job...sounds really good!

  • cool ... your guitar has a wonderful clean and crisp sound! good job bro!! :D
