I don't know if he really hates it or not, he probably does, but it's not because he likes or dislikes them, but just what he said in the reviews that have gotten him a lot of hate. Such as telling the viewers that if they ever see a Final Fantasy X fan, they should kill him. Obviously he wasn't being serious, but that was a big no-no. Plus, he's just as much of a troll as his haters are anyway, so that's probably not helping him.

Well, his original goal was to save Doug, thereby earning his wings. Thus, by getting NC riled up and giving him purpose again, he fulfills his goal.
