you would think they would be able to make a decent tennis game by now i mean topspin, virtua tennis etc.. they are all so rubbish. in topspin 2 you heard them announce the players and you saw them walk on with there racquet bag like wilson or head then in topsin 3 they take that away. i thought you are ment to add to games not take away. considering they sent men to the moon how many years ago now and they can't make a simple game with everything we want like commentry normal speed gameplay.

I love this game but coming to net is so unrealistic. Hit a ball down the middle and run to net and there is no way for the opponent to pass or lob. You can cover the entire court by holding down the hit button and volley a shot smacked 2 feet away from you. . .

it is sooo frustrating that a DOWNLOADABLE game beats off the shelf games such as VT nd topspin in terms of sound and ball motion! just these little details in a game like virtua tennis could make it so much more worth buying.

The AI can be pain at the junior level. It is addictive playing, I'll admit. Harder for me to hit aces compared to the previous TE.

yeah topspin 3's play is too slow, Virtua tennis play is too fast and players can make impossible gets. Tennis Elbow is just right!

how do i get all my skill levels up to 100 when playing a tournament?? I know i gain them when i win matches but they always go down when i play matches( i assume because the player gets tired )....hence I never get to 100...the skill levels always fluctuate...and this is even when i dominate the whole season winning all slams and masters series...

Im having trouble playing the game! I just cant give direction to the ball. I dont think im doing anything wrong....The green indicatod appears on the other side of the court before my hit, with direction...but then ALL of my shots just land on the middle....I tried changing the default cursor keys but nothing, even with the mouse and same problem.

Can you please help me out?!!?

1. This is not a request but I wish that all the features in Play Match are all for trial. Only World Tour is for full version. (Like your sets thing, the court change, the service, forehand, backhand features are also for trial too. but the only lock is World Tour

why is it so hard to ace an opponent once you change the level say from club upwards,you have to be pinpoint acurate and you have to it at about 145mph before you'll get an ace!its ridiculous! in the old game you could easily rattle off 10 aces in a match now yo'd be lucky to get one.

with 100% in serve power & precision, it's quite easy to do a lot of aces once you got the timing to serve near the lines, even against a CPU in Pro difficulty with a high speed...

hey i think theres a flaw with one of the shots....everytime I try to hit it hard to left side of the court as well as being short it goes straight instead. I press ctrl+alt+left arrow + arrow arrow ....doesnt work, but on the right side it does...

i.e ctrl +alt+right arrow + up arrow.. I like getting the very sharp angles with that shot but doesnt seem to work left side of the court, only the right.

the problem very likely comes from your keyboard, coz a lot of keyboards have a problem to detect more than 2 or 3 pressed keys at the same time, especially when arrow keys are involved.

Go to the "Controls" menu and use the 4, 5, 6, 8 keys on the keypad for your movement, maybe it'll help... Else, you can play with a gamepad or a joystick.

it's not possible, you got to pay if you want the full version but it's really worth it, completely. If you have the money to pay for it, go and do it, you won't regret about because it's really an incredible game

its very tough to beat the computer in this came, he returns everything, its like very tough, the initial guys you can beat like 6-0 but as you progress at the end its like i lose 0-6, is there a way to beat the computer at the end

The last level, the Incredible difficulty, is almost impossible to beat. The CPU player reacts super fast and have bonus compared to your player. To have a chance, you have to be nearly perfect in every aspect possible.

Personally, I play with the CPU on Pro level, it's the most realistic level, and it's already hard enough for me... ;)

oi do u have the full version or is this just the demo? fuck, i reckon $40 aussie dollars on credit for it is a lil' bit expensive if u ask me, but its one of the best tennis games ever. i wish i have full version :( but it seems like its not gunna happen (well first of all im too young to own a credit card). anyways, great to see this and lol, try to move up the net when its the right time :P.

nice touch at the net but i believe you're coming to the net on the wrong times during the return. what i do is to wait for a short ball then hit an accel shot as an approach shot. an easy ball will come and you can volley easily.

yup, it's what I do usually as well, it's the puncher style... :)

But in this video, I tried to play as a "crazy" volleyer that doesn't like to play on baseline at all... Although, I guess I could have used more the slice to do my approaches...
