You don't think the music changed? I thought her first album sounded kinda R&B/hip hop... now she sounds pop-country-ish, right?... at least with this song. THAT is a HUGE transition. Almost kinda confusing... I hope she's doing what SHE loves because the industry tends to dictate your creativity. Her first label dropped her as an artist.
No matter what she does, she's an outstanding vocalist.

Honestly, I like her new hair and look. It makes her more approachable. Less intimidating & perfect. More toned down & fun. I think it will help gain her more fans & the market success that had eluded her so far.

I really really really like this song, the whole arrangement is great...I do however agree w/ some peeps on her hair... I thought she was gorgeous w/ that long brown hair and body she had etc...I don't mind it short but she should of stayed brunette, maybe some blonde highlights would of been fun....I think this song (more of a rock vibe) is much better and I hope she succeeds esp w/ all the crap she's been thru that past few years..she should of won that year between her and Taylor

I actually think she looks quite hot with blonde hair and for her the blonde hair helps her stick out more image-wise. It was a good idea.

She has talent and most certainly drop dead gorgeous with her long black hair. I miss that. I saw her at Six Flags last year. Did I mention her voice? Chills up my spine :)

She doesn't even LOOK the same with her blonde hair... too many people are trying to be the next Lady Gaga or whatever... it's kinda annoying. be yourself, stop trying to be like someone else just because they were successful.. but it's a great song, and she's WAY better than Lady Gaga or Katy Perry.

she's not trying to be someone else. she said she just wanted a change from her same old boring brown hair--her words, not mine. i liked her long brown hair better, tho--not so crazy bout the short blonde hair.

no, I know. i'm just saying that that's what everyone's going to think. i definitely like the brown hair better. i'm just drawing comparisons. i'm not saying that's what her original intentions were. but i still stand by what i said; in general, too many people try to be something they're not in hollywood, and this seems like a typical hide-behind-a-mask type of thing. i know it's not what she's trying to do, but still.
