Just to add an opinion about this subject -- I was in the US Army for 2 years and was stationed in Germany, and it appeared that males and females were both cheating equally on each other. I'd probably rather not go into more detail than that 'cause it's pretty reprehensible and IMHO goes against military bearing. I, however, was not one of them. I was a male soldier and I've always been and probably always will be a virgin. I live an isolated lifestyle which is an awesome way to live.

I've always felt this song sounds WAY too much like Pebbles' "Girlfriend" that came out in late 1987, produced by Babyface (who also produced tracks on Forever Your Girl for Paula, although not this song). I still think the sound and content of "Cold-Hearted Snake" is VERY VERY very similar to Pebbles' "Girlfriend". Paula's been accused in the past of stealing music, so I wouldn't have put it past her sneaky ass.
