The referee was letting Pocock turn the breakdown into a joke and not penalising him at all. Had Bakkies been there he would have thrown himself into Pocock once or twice and Pocock would have got the message. I agree that an 'enforcer' type role is required in a team - ours is Brad Thorn, and to a lesser extent Jermone Kaino (who was the outstanding loose forward in the cup in my opinion. All I'm saying is that Botha often goes beyond that role at times and just becomes a thug.
