what kind of weigth progression have you use on your bench in this workout! did you worked up to 180 and stopped adding weigth because it was heavy or what is the idea behind this scheme?
I'm amazed at your deadlift - how much you crank up, and the angle of your legs. I've actually narrowed up my stance because I didn't get enough drive with my legs, and it felt like my legs were going to rip off like chicken drumsticks!

it's the top of the pyramid, so I did 160x5 and 170x5 before the 180x5, then 170x5 and 160x5 after the set of 180x5.

yeah, it just gets getting used to... you would have to try it for a solid 3 months to see if it "really" can work...
