That is called the Flower fan.Its the move a absolutely LOVE and i have a ton of variations of it.
It is described in detail in Jerry's Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes, An AWESOME book. This book is also called the Bible of XCM.

woah, the encyclopedia is a too pricey. I'm just a kid and i can't afford it... Can you make a tutorial of your variations? I bet every youtuber will appreciate it :)

It is worth its money believe me.
For just $75, its like free considering ll the material that has in it. My advice is: save some money and get the Bible.
As for tutorial, i might do some in the future, not now.

I saw the table of contents of the book and all I want from it is the fans section... My hands are not slick enough for cuts and such...

In the Bible there are 60+ pages of pure card fans. You cannot find anywhere in the world such fanning information than this book.

That leather card box belongs to Malvic, where he gave it to me for that round and i played around with it and a came up with some interesting moves.
