A little trivia that some of y'all may not be aware of: When Linda Ronstadt was really popular back in the early 70's, there were four guys who made the cut for being her back up band. After about a year or so playing together, they stopped working with Linda and started their own band (with Linda's blessing) They called themselves, The Eagles... the rest, is history... ;)

Her best song as far as I am concerned. What feeling and soul she projects in this version. I have been her fan for years and this song sort of tells the story of my life. Not many regrets though, I was one of the hillbilly hippies here in the mountains and I think that was the best time of my life. We believed we could make a difference and I think we did! Music is too canned today, not many artists and free thinkers out there.
