I really like what you present here. These are things that are in all martial arts, but they don't always get mapped out. It's a very nice reference guide and tool to build with.
Enjoyed the video, very informative. I learned a lot but since I train in Kenpo and not Kali the part most relative to me was the same-time section. Were always reminded that every block is a strike and every strike is a block, that section definetly showed that as you often reversed the motion of a punch into a parry.
I've heard this manner of fighting confuses the enemy defence pretty much, however it changes kali concept at all, so I'm not sure is it applicable with these techniques
Guro Doug Marciada is a great representative of FMA... silent, no trash talk or anything like that, he lets his movement do the talking. May there be more FMA Masters just like him.
Yes you are missing something. I was referring to the camera zooming in and out in the first part of the video. My comments weren't a cretique of the footwork.
timing first - preemptive timing, second - attack same time ,what is the third?

I'm curios what if the beat goes to 3/4 or 7/8

It doesn't change the concept, just the speed. If you can keep up with the beat, you can go as fast as it calls for

Good stuff, but could have done without the zooming in and out.

I think I am missing something, but I was under the impression that good footwork is the essence of Kali? Correct me, if I am wrong.
