If he chose to sue her in a civil court, the only possible defense she might have is that he's a public figure, and as such, does not enjoy the same protections against defamation that you or I would enjoy.
That other people on the Internet are similarly defaming her target is not a valid defense.

I personally can't say anything about Dahvie Vanity himself because I've never met him. Even if it's something completely obvious (being an attention whore, etc), I still can't prove anything. (I'm sorry for saying this, but I think his hair looks like roadkill)
