He passed the mantle when I was 13 years old. Called me out and came through the crowd and prophesied the same anointing would take over my life and laid his hands as a confirmation. How can I get his dvds or videos. I am going to send a letter to the church to see if I can get his dvds.
I will miss my godfather. We didnt have a chance to soend much time together because of His schedule, but I thank God that he passed the mantle when he did. I was only 13 years old, and the man of God said to me during a convocation in Durham NC " The same anointing You Shall Walk In", and I will never forget it.

I am reading a lot about Prophet Nathan Simmons as I am one of the people that he ministered to in a Men's Conference in Charlotte, NC around 1999 at a COGIC Church. The things he told me quickly came to pass in my life and I got saved because of it. But one point you make aylerjordel1 that I can't agree with is, "We are still prone to sickness and if GOD wills, he will heal."
I can't agree with this statement and I think it's misleading to the people in the body of Christ who will read your post so I could not let it go unaddressed. IT IS GOD WILL TO HEAL! Acts 10:38 says, How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and power: who went about doing good and healing ALL that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. It is God's will to heal each and every sickness.
God WILL heal and deliver us from any sickness and demonic oppression in our lives. Everyone tends to fall back on Paul when exercising their own faith seems to be inconvenient or too tough. And yes God's grace is sufficient...sufficient enough to heal sickeness and to deliver those that are in bondage. Who's report will you belive, I will believe the report of the Lord!

When you look up the word saved or salvation you will find that it's a total package that includes healing, deliverance, prosperity, wholeness, etc. Now if God puts sickness on you and Jesus came to heal you....the word says that a kingdom divided against itself can't/won't stand.

Pastor Simmons was a great man of God. His works and life speak for him. Whatever was the cause of his death is not important. The Spirit maketh intercession...and God knows the heart. We judge not lest we be judged.

wazzup to everyone who responds to my daddys clips, i read someone talking about him jumping on the pulpit, let me explain many times daddy would travel so much that he was so so drained so to see him jumping and running was only the strength of God, now concerning my daddys sickness its deeper than a sickness but its easy to judge from the outside looking in but i'll keep you in my prayers god bless.

Pastor simmons was fighting cancer during this clip,if u notice is face is skinnier and his complexion darkened...Oh but thanks be to God he still brought the word and hopefully is rejoicing in heaven...Oh death where is thy sting! not ova here that's for sure. He passed the mantle when I was 13 years old. Called me out and came through the crowd and prophesied the same anointing would take over my life and laid his hands as a confirmation. How can I get his dvds or videos. I am going to send a letter to the church to see if I can get his dvds.

I will miss my godfather. We didnt have a chance to soend much time together because of His schedule, but I thank God that he passed the mantle when he did. I was only 13 years old, and the man of God said to me during a convocation in Durham NC " The same anointing You Shall Walk In", and I will never forget it.

I don't know how the preacher died and it's irrelevant, but one thing for sure I spent hours on youtube watching this man of God preach and I felt the very unction from the Holy Ghost as Pastor Simmons ministered to me from the grave. I wish I had the opportunity to have sat in his services.

(COGIC) Pastor, was very instrumental in my life, and allways greeted us very warmly. Now, he is were we all are trying to GO!!! response pert2-let's not be juvenile in our thinking. Prophets preachers and everyone else have a set time to be on this earth. We are still prone to sickness and if GOD wills, he will heal. there doesn't have to be anything wrong with the person, it could be how God sees fit to be glorified cause he must get glory in ALL things concerning his people. He has to be glorified even in sickness and death so there are some who will bite the sickness

I am reading a lot about Prophet Nathan Simmons as I am one of the people that he ministered to in a Men's Conference in Charlotte, NC around 1999 at a COGIC Church. The things he told me quickly came to pass in my life and I got saved because of it. But one point you make aylerjordel1 that I can't agree with is, "We are still prone to sickness and if GOD wills, he will heal."

I can't agree with this statement and I think it's misleading to the people in the body of Christ who will read your post so I could not let it go unaddressed. IT IS GOD WILL TO HEAL! Acts 10:38 says, How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and power: who went about doing good and healing ALL that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. It is God's will to heal each and every sickness.

God WILL heal and deliver us from any sickness and demonic oppression in our lives. Everyone tends to fall back on Paul when exercising their own faith seems to be inconvenient or too tough. And yes God's grace is sufficient...sufficient enough to heal sickeness and to deliver those that are in bondage. Who's report will you belive, I will believe the report of the Lord!

If he doesn't it's because we have lacked faith in his ability to do it. That's not his fault...God is ready to do it. We have to do our part! Faith cometh by hearing and hearing bythe Word of God. Some folks have very little of God's word in them...no wonder they struggle in their faith life.

I Peter 2:23 says we WERE healed meaning Jesus already did it when he died on the cross went to heal defeated satan and descended back and sat down at the right hand of his father. When you look up the word saved or salvation you will find that it's a total package that includes healing, deliverance, prosperity, wholeness, etc. Now if God puts sickness on you and Jesus came to heal you....the word says that a kingdom divided against itself can't/won't stand.
