  • @Neveras333 Me too. :D

  • What is the music called that comes in at the end? please anyone? thanks (:

  • saw this movie on our holiday homejourney on the plain and i couldn't hold myself at this part xD

  • thomas lennon <3

  • It's weird... because I understand the phrases they mean.

  • Suprised no one made the '1 dislike is saruman' comment

  • @MrVc92 Second one is Sauron lmao

  • I love this movie. This scene is one of the reasons. Thanks for posting.

  • Lord of the Rings ftw xO

  • I love this movie and I think this guy is a great actor ,he was so funny

  • well, the german version is a little bit better

  • I wonder if that wine tastes like betrayal...

  • Continuity error at 0:30. After he pours the wine he brings the bottle back, then when it cuts the bottle is over the glass again.

  • Is this tengwar, quenya or sindarin ?

  • @jamesanator1000

    None of the above.

The Tolkien family has trademarked Elvish so they couldn't use it.

So a new language was constructed based on a mixture of old Irish and other languages.

In the movie it is called Elf.

The person who constructed it called it Síógís (she -ohg - eesh) which means the language of the fairies.

  • Elvish is always my fav language :) This scene is the best. :D

  • I'm so glad about you like this :)

  • Amazing scene.

  • Good thing I like Lord of the Rings too.

  • One of the best acted scenes in the history of movie making. I watch it over and over. :-) So funny when he realizes she's his soul mate. His expressions are like a combination of arousal, relief, disbelief, and serenity. Outstanding.

  • @robertd1965

    i agree, i love it

  • what kind of music is that??!

  • @LilMooka91 It's Gaelic music.

The song is "The Wisdom of Ages - Medwynn Goodall",

but they added some bagpipe to it to make it more suited for the movie scene.

    I love that scene ^^

  • totally gonna learn elvish now.

  • What Do They Say ? Sounds So interisting !!!

  • The way he sniffs the wine makes it seem like he's snorting something.

  • @YJart yeah, but it's just a flashback

  • is it Sindarin?

  • @MsLetsD No, it sounds more like an archaic variant of Gaeilge if you ask me. Probably they couldn't get the Tolkien Estate's permission to use real Elvish.

  • grrrrr i love this version of the song ... did they release it on some score album or something? :(

  • @ibrokemybrains which song is it i cant remeber the name

  • didin;'t know the movie, I was just looking up a reference for a camerastudy, did NOT expect this! Awsome part, I am going to get the movie right now!

  • The song is: "The Wisdom of Ages - Medwynn Goodall"

  • @TidusKG thanx man i was eager to remember the name but i couldnt

  • The only thing that ruins this scene is that neither of them realize that the first thing you see in LOTR: The Two Towers is Gandalf the Grey fighting the Balrog...man I'm a nerd...

  • @YJArt yeah, but he doesn't have his staff at that point, just the sword. (I think)

  • the only cool part of the movie and then when theyre outside his house i think they do something like this too xD

  • whats that music at the end called?

  • oh i get it lords of the ring! hhaaha

  • what movie are they talking about?

  • So....are they speaking Quenya or Sindarin?

  • what song ? for godsake, WHAT SONG ??!

  • 5555555

  • chandler looks different

  • LOL Ahh, nerd love.

  • i looooooooove ned xD he makes this film!

  • This guy made the movie worth watching.

  • for me, the biggest suprise in this movie was that there's a conversational elvish word for "arugula"

  • what do they say when they speak elvish???

  • The Wisdom of Ages - Medwynn Goodall - but it sounds different

  • The Wisdom of Ages - Medwynn Goodall - but it sounds different
