@TheRecon441 k well i think what the problem is, is that the box is either appearing behind the program or not appearing at all

if you think it might be behind gmod, just try hitting alt+tab or the windows button and check if there are any other applications open or something and if it doesnt work at all, just try fraps its 100 times better and its what i use now...

its one button to start and stop

@4131025 Those aren't meant to record fullscreen games... They're meant to record desktops. Put GMod into windowed mode, then record that, and set the resolution to the size of the window.

When I type "startmovie name avi" the compression box never comes up, and I think it's causing problems. I've gotten it to save the video a few times, but usually it doesn't work, and the files are huge and can't be played. I downloaded the compressor in the description too.
