I work there now and after two years in existence, it looks waaaaaay different from wat i saw in this video. the brick patterns are gone, the canopy or watever that is in the middle is gone, and the right side has tables there. so it looks way different now. plus the zoo looks waaaaaay bigger now...
Notice the lack of theme with the cheap brick patterned wainscotting This Hawaii version of Farrell's is not authentic and has no atmosphere. Someone at the top of this Hawaii version of the franchise should be replaced with a person of vision. There was no effort to isolate the atmosphere of the restuarant from the atmosphere of the adjacent mall corridors. Awful, Awful, Awful.
What? Farrell's is back? That's so awesome! I remember the one in Pearlridge phase 2 that they turned into Fun Factory during hanabatta days! I never got to go there, but remember walking by and watching the birthday parties there, longing to have one there myself. The old one was bright and very red and white near one part of the entrance, w/the other side dimly lit with a lot of wood decor with old pictures. Mahalo nui loa for posting this! Mele Kalikimaka and Haouli Makahiki Hou!
I worked at Kahala, ala moana and the best one International market place 1971 thru 1974 was agreat place this does not look anything like that.nice to see it back
I remember Farrell's at the International Market Place about, oh, 30 years ago... I ate more than one "Pig Trough," in my misspent childhood. Nice to see Farrell's back, though the ambience is less "Gay 90's" ice cream parlour and more "Chuck-E-Cheese's." Still, the keiki seem to enjoy the place. Thanks for posting this.
Didn't this place close awhile back??

Holy Jeez, I've ALWAYS wanted to go to Farrell's and get "The Pig" ever since I saw it many years ago in Bill and Ted's.

I remember Farrrell's in Pearlridge. What was the big one? The zoo? They should bring it back to Pearlridge.
