In this movie Charles loses his mobility from a gun shot, but in X-Men Wolverine, you see him much older and he's standing, at the end when he's harboring the kids. Just thought that was a funny inconsistency.

this movie was awesome!!!!!!!!! i havent really enjoyed xmen movies too much, although i loved xmen2, i know alotta stuff about xmen lore or whatever you wanna call it, and im not ashamed too admit i had a nerdgasm when magneto turned the sattelite and when he raged on kevin bacons "lab" after the coin part. by far the best movie in the series and my favorite superhero movie (next to the dark knight)
Everyone seems to have that opinion about deadpool, and for the most part, I agree with it. But if you watch the end of the end of the movie (after the credits), his mouth is un-sewn shut, allowing him to speak again.

I really loved this movie. I liked the way they potrayed Magneto and Xavier and their relationship. A thing this movie does, many movies other? People speak their own foreign language. Germans speak german, etc. and this really improved the movie for me and make the characters more reliable.
Xavier and Magneto's relationship is absolutely beauitful and even though you know, that they turn out as "good" and "bad" guys, you understand them both for the decisions, and I liked that.
Dang, everybody loves this movie exept me, I hated this movie, maybe its becouse I don't like the fact that mistique is a desperate little whore who jumps from one bed to another or the fact that I'm from Argentina and there some REALLY annoying things with that.

I did like how they set it up for Azazel and Mystique to be on the same side. Thus giving us Nightcrawler and Rouge. Just rented X-men: First Class. It was one of the cheesiest and dumbest films I saw this year. I have no idea why everyone was raving about "how awesome" it was. It was totally campy, the dialogue was shit, the editing was poor, it was racist (surprise! the black mutant dies first!), oh and surprise! it's sexist. I don't understand why Hollywood is glorifying an era where people of color, homosexuals, and women were oppressed. This movie was a totally white washed waist of time!

Yeah. There's pretty much no way that this movie ties into the other films despite heavily alluding to them in the special features and the film itself. Whatever they do in the next two films, they can't possibly screw up the storyline any worse. As long as they are done well, I'm cool with watching them.
Totally should have commented on the Wolverine cameo because that was seriously one of the best 5 seconds of my life. I love continuity like that. So awesome. Anyways, I literally had no expectations for this film, so by the end of it I was like skyrocketing from this movie's awesomeness. Totally great film.

What the movie lacked in technicality, it made up for with its performances. They were all top-notch and power-house performances. Except January Jones. Why is she bad in everything? And the Wolverine cameo was unarguably the best part of the movie. :)
i am easily pleased when it comes to movies but this movie was really corny when it came to the kids and their powers. They annoyed the crap out of me.
x men first class is the coolest summer flick. it has great characters and good dialogues that defines them, terrific on screen performances and well executed direction with top notch screenplay. i give 3.5/5.

I thought this movie was going to blow, but it was absolutely amazing. X III and origins totally turned me off to the franchise, and I'm a HUGE fan of both Patrick Stewart and Ian Mcklellen, so I was totally against the two new actors right off the bat. But seriously, this movie was incredible.
I love McAvoy and Fassbender's performances in XM:FC. Their characters are like Yin and Yang. They both need each other, yet they're on total opposite poles.

Just rented X-men: First Class. It was one of the cheesiest and dumbest films I saw this year. I have no idea why everyone was raving about "how awesome" it was. It was totally campy, the dialogue was shit, the editing was poor, it was racist (surprise! the black mutant dies first!), oh and surprise! it's sexist. I don't understand why Hollywood is glorifying an era where people of color, homosexuals, and women were oppressed. This movie was a totally white washed waist of time!

@assassin6637 It was ok,but not great5.5/10.When the black guy got killed off i was pissed,i want to be actor but if im gonna be actor and be blackballed cause of my color.I don't want to one i agree they do this BS all the time.Blackballing a person cause of they're sexuality,race(only one race imo and thats the human race)and fucking over women.The movie did have sexist remarks,and the actors look out of place.Kevin Bacon didn't do for me as a villian.Zoe's was good,but her character just dry.

@assassin6637 dude, the black guy dies first in EVERY movie. its not racist, it was making a point: the black guy would be the person in the group who would LEAST likely like the idea of being a slave to the humans, which is why Shaw pointed it out, and why the stripper would most want to be treated like a queen, which is also why Shaw pointed that out. i thought the movie was great, and i thought the "racist" part was hilarious. (i'm black) lol

Yeah. There's pretty much no way that this movie ties into the other films despite heavily alluding to them in the special features and the film itself. Whatever they do in the next two films, they can't possibly screw up the storyline any worse. As long as they are done well, I'm cool with watching them.

Totally should have commented on the Wolverine cameo because that was seriously one of the best 5 seconds of my life. I love continuity like that. So awesome. Anyways, I literally had no expectations for this film, so by the end of it I was like skyrocketing from this movie's awesomeness. Totally great film.

loved first class, hated orgins, but liked xmen 3, i dont really understand the last stand hate, and first class can tie to 3, xavier made it appear that he could walk, so he wudnt be as off putting to kids that he was to recruit, well that wud make sense to me.

Also there was a joke in x-men one i didnt get untill watching first class. Remember when they are all in the plain and wolffy comments on the outfits and scott/cyclopse says "would you prefer yellow jumpsuits?". In first class they have yellow jump suits :D

What the movie lacked in technicality, it made up for with its performances. They were all top-notch and power-house performances. Except January Jones. Why is she bad in everything? And the Wolverine cameo was unarguably the best part of the movie. :)

x men first class is the coolest summer flick. it has great characters and good dialogues that defines them, terrific on screen performances and well executed direction with top notch screenplay. i give 3.5/5.

LOL, i just rewatched the part where azazel takes out the entire cia building. the first scene shaw appears in he takes a security guard n throws him to ????? right before he's barraged with bullets.
that aside, id say azazel scenes were second best to magneto's scenes. lifting a submarine and returning missiles were pretty damn awesomtacular

I thought this movie was going to blow, but it was absolutely amazing. X III and origins totally turned me off to the franchise, and I'm a HUGE fan of both Patrick Stewart and Ian Mcklellen, so I was totally against the two new actors right off the bat. But seriously, this movie was incredible.
