When I play it I use the open C shape and an F barre chord.

For the Em part I use the open C but play the bottom E string as the root note.

Sorry if thats a bad explanation, hopefully you'll get what I mean...

just get a program like audacity...and get those two sided mp3 plug-ins that have headphone jacks on either side...

plug one side into your headphone jack on a stereo or speakers...then plug the otherside into the pink jack on your computer...

then you open audacity, press record...then press play on youtube...

after recording..just export the file into MP3 format..and bam!

Chords -

Best i can make out its two arrangements -

Arrangement one - C, Am, F

Is is bass-note strumming, but the bass note on the Am chord is the E string, not the A string as usual.

Arrangement two - Am (with bass note A), Am7 (with Bass note B) and then F (Bass note F)

Then back to the first arrangement.

Arrangement one - intro and verses

Arrangement two - "You know that i could use somebody"...

Is this any help? It sounds ok to me, may not be 100% right tho
