Well that's not exactly apples to apples. When you are referring to the law. Things are different for legal transactions compared to illegal transactions. Of course we need to go by the law back then.

Maybe the two testimonies are cotnradictory, certainly they aren't neccessarily so. Judas fell headlong. Maybe his head hit the ground first. Maybe his head or feet never hit the ground at all. Why would his bowels have gushed out? Yep. Branch I reckon. He would have to have been in a distracted state to have made such a mess of his sucide of course, which he was. And so the falling headlong and the bowels gushing out are connected. How else might falling headlong in a field result in this?
