nope, i tought it was 5.56 cause it is a NATO standard weapon, but we were actually firing FN Herstal 5.7x28mm, i know it cant fire a 45mm, the barrel is to short . i'm not really into nato standards for calibers, we use the good old 7.62 in the army. my point with inaccuarcy was that you can't hit anything beyond 30 m if it is moving and you're being fired at. and i would really disagree about it being PDW...anything that is automatic, isn't for civilians,
