for grammar yes, but believe me, dutch people have a very strong accent in their English although they don't hear it themselves. I know some people who are fluent in English and have spoken it for years, but you can still hear their Dutch accent!

@QuobXx thats only the problem with the older generations and low educated young generations. I learn to speak English without accent for 1 year now and you only hear an accent in the beginning of the lesson. Not every dutch person speaks English with a dutch accent.

@QuobXx I agree with you. I have a Dutch friend of mine who I've know for 10 years. He uses English every day, or just about every day, and I still hear his accent.

But then again, I speak American English, so I'm sure to others, I have an accent. :)
