this is played with double thump technique, which is the thumb slapping twice quickly all right hand, but a good compromise i spose:)

i suggest u should stop slapping like flea and keep your thumb more in a horizontal position it gives it a much better tone and looks better.

He has a point...and in that possition your open to another slap technieque = Double Thump.

Also real good for 5-string. PLaying that way will make you hit the low-B and waste energy muting it.

Sure, bass is more single note played but that doesn't mean it's easier than guitar.

For one, it's more physically demanding.

yeah....you started off playing the riff on the off beat which is why you missed the first "twidley bit". try to recognize which note he hits when and come in, or come in at the beginning in synchronization with the track
