@techware7 In fact, dual core version of atom(Atom 330) is about 2x slower than SU7300 or SU4100. Single core version of atom is obviously around 3x slower.

@techware7 : Atom runs at 1.6 but it in-order processor core but SU7300 is slower 1.3 but it is an out-of-order processor core. Think of throughput no speed if you want to compare them. I believe the cache on 7300 is much larger than Atom as well.

clock speed is not the standard for factoring processor performance, a 1.3 ghz su2700 outperforms a 1.6 atom by quite a large margin.
