  • oh my god...... i dont know how the georgians could eat that......

and @goddesselppy so do i, no one would want to eat that right now, they'd look at it, and throw it out the window, or burn it. ickk

  • EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW O_o how could they eat and drink that!!!

  • Horrible Histories really makes me glad I live in the 21st century.

  • Yum! I want to try some!

  • Yum!

  • uh... yum...?

  • *Heave*

  • Why did they put all of that stuff into the milk?

  • @rosemsmunoz They didnt put it in, it sort of...fell in.

  • @rosemsmunoz They didn't. The women who sold the milk carried it in large jugs with no lids, and walked for ages around the streets to sell it. Obviously, along the way, poo and pee was thrown out of windows, babies threw up in it, people spat in it, and anything and everything fell in along the way. Delicious.

  • this isn't just bread, its luminous bread

  • Georgian times were a long time ago

  • yum!! :)

  • Georgia, USA?

  • @StrangeShipper No, Georgian England. 1714-1830, and covering the reigns of Georges I, II, III and IV.

  • @silentscreenvamp OH! Ok, that makes much more sence! Thanks :)

  • @StrangeShipper Yanks...

  • Well I hear there's still a variety of cheese that contains maggots, I think from cyrpus...i wouldn't mind trying it, they say the maggots gives it more flavour. But seriously throwing waste into milk is a step to far, imagine how many people where found at that time in cattle sheds breast feeding from the cows because all they had was that!

  • Ah! That's PUTRID!!!!! @_@

  • *faints*

  • *pukes*

  • BLLUUUURRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

  • This is AMAZING :P

  • I "literally nearly" (because oxymorons are COOL) threw up when I first realised that people have been watching a brilliant history programme but still cannot manage to spell any of the things that they have learnt about. So depressing it made me cry.

It's Georgian.....because George was the King. Gorgian is appropriate if we consider how much they gorged but really, do try to absorb some a bit more education....you've started with the right programme.....now use spellcheck.

  • @CLWashbrook I think Darkstar263 meant "literally (nearly threw up)" as in literally came close to vomiting, not "(literally and nearly) threw up" as in both nearly vomited and actually vomited.

  • Holy God help us all!

  • delicious!

  • I'm so glad I don't live in the gorgian era.

  • I literally nearly threw up when i first saw this a few months ago on tv. So disgusting that it made me gag.

  • Ewwwww!
