I just think Cena is a guy that does what Vince McMahon wants. Kane is supposed to be scary. And the mask gives him this cold, expressionless, emotionless, ruthless look. No matter how much he twists his real face, he just looks too nice. That's why re-masking is a step in the right direction. Kane also became too much talk and too little action. I always liked the silenced/short message/all business Kane. All this is what makes Kane a larger than life-character. This is what separates him (and the Undertaker) from all other wrestlers.
