All you guys learn something from this experience when flood waters are going up make sure you will have an exit on the second floor if you plan to go up otherwise you'll be trapped if it goes higher than the ceiling of the 2nd floor

Hopefully our kababayans and the PI government can finally learn from this disaster. This ain't the first time that this happened in our homeland and there's DEFINITELY NO excuse from our government as to why there is no DISASTER PLAN!!
