@biskalero I am of the opinion that it works on common and natural law which cannot be changed only amended with acts which are not "enforceable". Watch John Harris - It's an illusion (lawful rebellion)
i liked the massive pause even in speed mode the pause made the sielence so loud when the lay adviser said we stand in common law jurisdiction......but the attepmt to make them look stupid by speeding it up and putting t.v. fakery at the bottom wont put manyt people off ..fail ...and a charlie sheen win for free man .
Does anyone have a contact number or email for the lay adviser in this clip please. I need help combatting the dark forces that call themselves the CSA.
@reksub10 Hi mate. Yeah I've been a member on there for a month or so and they advised me to contact deadbeat dads but didn't find out anything new there. I've sent off an afadavit to the CSA so just waiting now for any kind of impending court date but I willnot bow dotheir demands anymore.
@extremepoker75 yeah im glad you found out who the guy is ,i would tell you their names but not on an open forum without their permission ....,,,but i wish you every succes in your endevours ,and keep studying ,stay sfae friend peace
This is all well and good, and has farce comedy value, but do you realise that there are people on here who will actually think they can pull these stunts for criminal proceedings against them? For all your grand notions of freedom and liberty beyond "the system", some poor sod could end up in custody for contempt of court or worse because they try to follow your example?
@mrsmokingmonkeys All well & good but who's example should we be following? The King, a Puppetdent, a movie star, a military commander, a caring father, a loving mother, the tell lie vision they raised us on, the teachers they hired to indoctrinate us into the Totalitarian Mercantile System
Lives are manufactured for us. You choose the role you want to play & the masters you wish to serve give you jobs
You are not a slave because masters exist. Masters exist because you elect to remain a slave
@Slavestorms Follow whichever example you want to, as long as you're aware of the risks and consequences.
Are you sincerely telling everyone here that if you were accused of a crime, and the sentence starting point was prison, your defence would be that you didn't consent to the law?
I'd imagine your cell mate would still be laughing when he got released!
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, as you are proving very effectively.
@mrsmokingmonkeys You are in fact making assumptions now. You are attempting to read my mind to fit your beLIEfs. I said no such thing. I said your life is bullshit and based upon CULTural lies.
Keep buying the lies, stay on your knees and continue sucking Satan's pecker. Keep shopping, uphold the Totalitarian Mercantile System, keep commerce flowing, produce, consume, accumulate.
This is not about a criminal attempting to avoid the consequences of his actions. This is about Government force
@Slavestorms Now who's making assumptions? I have not made any comment at all about reading your mind, or your views on the "Totalitarian Mercantile System".
I am refering to someone trying to follow your example if they were accused of a criminal offence. It is a limited example I accept, but one that shows a practical weakness in your ideology. A weakness that will lead to a physical prison, as opposed to the political one you portray.
Imagine this: You are accused of a criminal offence, which you deny. You are required to appear before the criminal courts. You will inevitably go to prison if convicted. Would you still follow the same approach you have demonstrated in this video?
@mrsmokingmonkeys Imagine this. You are a person of value in a world of meaning.
You are jumping ahead. What crime? Why are you suggesting we imagine a criminal act? Are you a criminal? Is that how you spend your days, imagining all the crimes people are going to commit? What is the preoccupation with imagining some person attempting to lie their way out of a crime?
This is not about people behaving in criminal ways. This is about the state lies. You support the state by sucking Satan's pecker
@Slavestorms Whether the state lies is one thing, and your fascination with "sucking Satan's pecker" mean something significant I'm sure. I am simply expressing a concern about the limitation of the approach shown in your video.
I am not imagining a person attempting to lie their way out of a crime, I am suggesting that your approach lacks any practical benefit and would put someone following your methods at risk of going to prison.
@mrsmokingmonkeys No, I'm afraid I do not accept the authority of the state. I'm more in line with Lysander Spooner and the constitution of no authority or George Carlin, it's all BS and it's all bad for you.
What gives the state the moral right to lock up some people while others never get charged, what moral authority does a politician have to tell a general to tell a soldier to go kill those people? Do you give them that moral right? Yes you do, by electing to remain a slave to the lies
@Slavestorms I am not asking whether you accept the authority of the state- you've made that point abundently clear and I respect your right to have such views. I am not asking about the philosophy or morality of the state's power.
I am asking, and you are dodging the question in the manner of one of the politicians you so strongly disapprove of, if you accept as a fact that someone following your methods would be putting themselves at great risk of being sent to prison?
@mrsmokingmonkeys Life is full of risk. If you think you are safe by putting your trust in paper proclamations passed down by the political ruling class as law then you are merely a role player. No different than the soldier sniffing cop lickers that build the prisons, populate the law courts & live like parasites off the working people
If that is the way you choose to live, so be it but don't try to convert me to play a role in your CULTural fantasy
@Slavestorms I feel like Jeremy Paxman here, dealing with Michael Howard when he repeatedly dodged the question that was being asked.
Shall I just assume that you do accept that following your approach for a serious criminal offence would increase the likelihood of conviction, but you don't like to admit such practical problems and would much rather posture and flounce about, trying to insult people who don't agree with you?
@mrsmokingmonkeys Talking to you is similar to talking to the furniture. You go on & on about serious criminal offenses. Nothing of the sort is ever mentioned or even vaguely alluded to. This is about state jurisdiction or the lack thereof
Take your criminal imagination & go bother people who are discussing that topic
It is not a topic presented here nor is it in any way related to criminals in the private sector or an attempt to circumvent crimes
@Slavestorms I wouldn't know about talking to the furniture, but it says a lot about the levels you must stoop to in order to gain credibility with your audience.
Complain all you like about the system, and argue the toss (or this toss, which is a better description). For all your talk about jurisdiction, the "criminal injustice system", or your antics in court, you simply refuse to accept that in reality your posturing is at best pointless, and at its worst dangerous.
@mrsmokingmonkeys I am not stooping to anything nor am I the one imaging scenarios.
I merely posted a video showing the way the word game works.
You are the one who beLIEves in the paper proclamations, the jurisdiction and state authority to issue one man to tax, arrest, torture or kill another in the name of the state, which is merely a corporation.
Your entire life is manufactured for you, your job was bestowed upon you because you are tame. You spend you time consuming emptiness. Freedumb.
@Slavestorms wow what a reply great stuff....some sheeple will never wake up I`m afrain becuase the are either part of the players creators or coffers or...worst still...they like being imprisoned of the mind.
@Slavestorms You are after all talking to someone called `monkeys`, although they say monkeys are intelligent, in this case it does not ring true....offer her a banana, she`ll understand that.
@mrsmokingmonkeys They don`t have the spaces in the prisons to imprison us all.....fact.....if we all refused to pay they would have to rethink. When the poll tax was brought into Russia the people bringing it in were killed, in Britain when it first came in the officials were lynched....today we just accept ALL this eviol government does to us without recourse......stay asleep love, you are irritating me.
@girlznguitarz Blimey, I'd forgotten all about this until I got 2 random replies from you. Always good for a chuckle on a Sunday afternoon! Good luck with your plan to overthrow the political and legal system through mass non-payment of Council tax.
