I didn't buy 05 because NFL 2k5 was the cheapest NFL game ever as a new release..and this was for Xbox (best version since it required a HD install) only. Better graphics, gameplay, and realism. Too bad I couldn't make it past another season or two as it froze. No wonder why EA took over the NFL license starting with 06, which I bought for ps2 before getting a new disc of that game and then continued to buy 07 to play on ps2 and then ps3 (ps2 version). 08, 09, and 10 I bought for ps3.
