Hello to all fans of this girl performing against a white wall. I invite you to check my recent videos for a (1) trailer and (2) music video advertising my upcoming film "James K. Polk Was @#?!ing Awesome", which recently premied in Chicago and is heading for the Oscar-qualifying St. Louis Int'l Film Festival this fall.

Good effort, (I enjoyed the logo & visual effects) but the overall advert itself made me feel shallow for enjoying it. Am I watching the advert for the advert, or am I watching it for this chick?
I'm not complaining either way. I like hot chicks.
(1) A lot of people are really going to hate the actual "Watchmen" movie when it comes out and the characters aren't dressed like 1980s stereotypes. (Although I probably should have leaned a LITTLE more on the safe side in that regard.)
(2) Over the weekend I shot a brand-new, not-Watchmen-related short film, also of the "girl against a white wall" variety, starring this very girl. Fans of hers, feel free to rejoice. She says hi.
All I wanted before was to have sex with this girl. But now I see the perfume is from Watchmen a book I dont know how I missed for so long and ............
I still want to have sex with the girl but I appreciate the artistic quality of the video so much more.
This was soooooo off. All the other commercials are awesome, but this one doesn't fit the style of the comic at all. Especially for Nostalgia perfume.... If you looked at the commercials in the comic closely on the tvs. Its too perky and upbeat. I hate it.
Well when you read the Watchmen how many characters were dressed like "the 80s". It's an alternate timeline. Hairbands and crap were never even shown.

She doesnt look eighties at all, and the music is barley passable for the period. I can't believe it won first place. Don't get me wrong; its a nice ad that is well done, but not for Veidt.
This is my absolute favorite of the Watchmen commercials. It's incredibly well-put-together and genuinely catchy. I love its tongue-in-cheek sophistication and melodrama. Bravo!

Regarding Tim and Eric's "Sit on You" video: I'd never heard of it or them until after I submitted this. Someone pointed it out to me and I do wish I hadn't used the same drum track as an already popular Internet video.
Both my tune and theirs were based on the same loop, a royalty-free loop that anyone is free to use. I was not the first person to use it, but neither were they.
Good job, but.... This was not really 80's at all. The hair is wrong. The clothes are definitely wrong. The music is "iffy". The whole feel is just not 80's. I was there. Congratulations for winning, though. Not trying to be a hater, I just really can't believe this won the overall contest.

It's not suppossed to be a serious video. Nostalgia is a perfume in the graphic novel "The Watchmen" that I believe comes out in February. This is just really early marketing for it.

This is really well done. It would fit in well with real 80's commercials.
If you ever plan to reshoot this commercial, I would recommend having the actress wear higher cut jeans. They seem a little too modern for an 80's motif and are easily noticable by the male demographic.

This is really well done. It would fit in well with real 80's commercials.
If you ever plan to reshoot this commercial, I would recommend having the actress wear higher cut jeans. They seem a little too modern for an 80's motif and are easily noticable by the male demographic.
