I first found out about k.d. Lang, because my mom is a fan of her. But I didn't really start listening to her until about the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Her voice is magical, and I will listen to pretty much anything she sings. Hearing it on Glee, it's good to know that the producers of the show (which I am a fan) have a good music selection out of what could be called the mainstream. I'm just very happy to have heard such a great song on Glee.

I prefer the Glee version but that's only because Naya Rivera is my favourite actress, singer and well, she's pretty much my idol. But the original is damn good. I'm just not a major fan of her appearance and voice. But the song itself is beautiful.
