@drygnfyre Simply in Phase one when they haven't merged themselves together, the sisters have a rather simple movement pattern where it is that if you stand on the external platforms, you move on quicker. Like for instance, the same direction as one of the sisters launch their attacks for you to use against the other, the other one flights over to the opposite direction, which is of course like shooting at a target range. Bottom line is, you use the external platforms, they're quicker to down.

theres no specific order actually once you get the lens of truth you can go to the spirit or shadow temple its just more straight foward that you should go in order (or the obvious one Shadow temple)

Here's an explanation : Hyrule and Termina are completely different. Termina is a parallel universe from Hyrule, Link is brought there in the lost woods. Everyone that he knew in Hyrule found in Termina is bound to be the complete opposite compared to each other. Example: Koume and Kotake in Ocarina of time are bosses and they want Link DEAD, But in Majora's Mask : They are old potion sellers who live in Woodfall.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I've played this game. But couldn't you Z-target the sister not casting a spell, while having your shield out? Then the sister shooting her lazor at you, would have the shot reflected at who you're targeting, no?

Correct. That is how I beat Twinrova. It makes it easier. You have to make sure you position yourself so that your shield will catch the spell and not you, but it is easier then trying to aim the spell at the one you want to target in my opinion.
