there should be no complaints about England :P! Belgium sucks even worse! There are only 2 M.A.C stores in the whole of belgium and there is no Topshop, and no way to buy Topshop online :( we're stuck with H&M, and as a result of that, almost everyone wears the same clothes, shoes,... :( and there is no habit of applying make-up every day, so when you do wear make-up, people give you weird or even angry looks.

for the mascara problem; you could use a card, like card stock or notecards work for me. you cut the bottom part into a curve, and you place it right on your eyelid. that way the mascara hits the card and not your eyelid when applying it. I don't know if i explained it right. look it up(:
