anybody notice how when she DOES THE STUPIDEST THING and places soda in the shaker and later shakes they kinda over-lap two diferent takes ? I´m guessing it blew up in her face and they didn´t want that going on the net....

You can't harp about the use of bar mix. Bar mix has sugar and hydrolizied egg white so the classic ingredients are in there. For a club that does alot of business to people that want there drinks right away it is ok. Plus you have to watch the health risk of raw eggs. In a more sophisticated setting the classic recipe should be follwed IF the use of raw eggs is permitted.
For starters she's serving it in a old-fashioned glass, which is wrong, the whiskey sour is a classic! You can't change that, with that beeing said it's to be served in a cocktail-glass.
The original recipe for the whiskey sour is, as approved with the BAS and marked as an IBMrecipe:

It is a build drink so first goes the whiskey the you fill with sweet and sour. Just pour it over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a flag, combination of a cherry and a orange.
Man im glad i went to school for this... you're not very accurate at pouring. i mean its good for some people and a bar that doesnt mind the waste (not to mention the excess in your shaker :P ) other than that, im glad you're making videos on how to make some of these

One can add 1 egg white - or use froathee, but this is mostly optional, ask the customers if they want it.
The cocktail glass isn't ABSOLUTE, oldfashioned are as common as cocktail glasses.
