  • now thats how u get RID OF FAKE PEOPLE!

  • Rich, white and handsome. Is there anything better in this world?

  • love this part. when he's telling all the rich people off.....happy birthday Bruce, happy birthday!

  • At 4:13 There's Johnathan Nolan and at 1:17 There's Chris Nolan!

  • BROOS.

  • @guerillaradio13 yes I have seen the movie which is why it confuses me cause Bruce saves him from falling off the cliff but he says I watched him die...

  • @FreakinJon no no no he thought ras al ghul was the guy in the beginning

  • I like how that little old lady introduces Bruce to fake Ras, and he says to fake Ras "You're not Ras. I watched him die.", and the little old lady just sort of walks off... without really giving a damn.

  • Ok I don't get it.... At first he's like I watched ras a ghul die.... Then he's like I saved your life??? .... Explain please

  • @FreakinJon He thought Ra's was someone else, then he figured it out when he saw Qui Gon.

  • @FreakinJon have you not seen the film?

  • @FreakinJon

Bruce believe the Ras he killed was the real Ras, he thought Ducard who came to his prison and trained him to be a guy like him who had found his true path hence why he saved his life, but at this party it's revealed Ducard was a mask just like Bruce is for Batman, and the guy who he killed was just a fake stand in and illusion.

  • "is raj al gaul imotal,or are his methods supernatural?",that is a question we fans ask ourselfs,is the nolan raj, imortal like in the comics?,or is he simply a man with many plans that can never be stoped, you never know, mabye nesson's charecter was just another decoy, mabye the real raj al gaul is somewere hiden, you never know

  • I'd like to see more of Rutger Hauer in this role, oh well...

  • He's a hero to us all......

  • I love how Bruce tells everyone to GTFO, Bale is so fun to watch being a magnificent bastard.

  • Liam said he was immortal. This is proof he will be back. Problem solved for TDKR ;)

  • @Madfizzle He asked IF he's immortal. But Bruce anwsered it's just a trick. You can't take any prrof from that scene

  • @DarthStarscream1138 Ra's is immortal though.

  • @vadersdemise93 In comics and cartoon yes. But It goes against Nolan's realism so I doubt it will be in films.

    Wait a minute...Are you following meee?! :O

  • @DarthStarscream1138 Well. When I opened up youtube I saw a lot of videos that were in my favorites from a long time ago and I noticed you were commenting on them. That made me rewatch all those Batman clips!!! So I saw this comment and replied to it haha!

  • @DarthStarscream1138 lol he will be back there is proof, i just didn't define how he'd be in it...

  • LMAO the woman that introduced Bruce to Raz Al Ghul got ignored afterwards so she left xD

  • Bruce at 2:22 O_O

  • its pronouncedas raysh not raz

  • @kenclint18 In Arabic, it's pronounced like "Ross" or "Raz." Begins got it right.

  • If you look closely at 2.43 you see the woman walking off with the bald dude. My guess is that she's also working for ra's al ghul?

  • Liam Neeon, best acting ever.

  • he was turning 30 look closely in the movie when rachel gives him the finders keepers present.

  • I hated Rutger Hauer in this movie. He was a douchebag

  • "The apple has fallen very far from the tree."

"Bitch, the apple has a cape and grapple hook."

  • OMG this was amazing. Can't wait for TDKR.

  • Wait... I just got the "is Ra's Al Ghul immortal" cus in the comics he IS

  • @ngilford1 i thought all batman's villains are humans without superpowers, even immortality. i never read batman comics :)

  • @TheReverend29 Start, they are very good. Where did you think Clayface or Croc come from??

  • It would have been awesome if Aaron Eckhart made a brief appearance here as Harvey Dent, just standing there in the background among the crowd

  • @elcap22 He hated the rich people, remember?

  • @soccerfc123 did he? when did he say that? why?

anyway i felt harvey should have made a cameo in this movie

  • @elcap22 he said that in the second one, where he didn't want to mingle with them, lol

  • think about how bad it would suck in real life if this happened to you every year on you birthday.

  • @AEVautomatic

my facebook would crash and friends will decrease overnight

  • Yikes, check out the look on Bruce's face at the end. He damaged his father's legacy and he feels it.

  • I think Batman is my favorite "superhero" :)

  • One of the best speeches I've ever heard. Christian Bale did an excellent work. Batman FTW!

  • I hope they use the same oriental tune with Talia when she makes her reveal.

  • @NCFB4Life33

"A little worse for wear I'm afraid."

  • I love Rutger Hauer.

  • @Atreus21 He played a prick in this movie.

  • 0:13 IT'S ROY BATTY!

  • @TheMaster734 By the end of Batman Begins, Earl was retired hahaha.

  • Patrick Batman

  • shadows its might be a tradiion to call the successor the same name so in a way Ra al Ghul is immortal and he never dies its like a honor for them you never know since in the comics Ra al Ghul is immortal but in nolan's univirse that might be the only way to explaing the immortality

  • Woman:bruce there's someone you must meet...Mr Ra's al ghul.

Bruce Wayne: You're not Ra's al Ghul. I watched him die.

    EPIC

  • 81 people were invited to Bruce's party

  • "The apple has fallen far from the tree, Mr. Wayne." OOOOOHHHH BURN.

  • @atherforhire Well, considering Ra's didn't think much of Thomas, that could be considered a compliment.

  • 2:30

  • what did Alfred say at 0:45?

  • @milestone380 He said, "'Little the worse for wear, I'm afraid."

  • Happy birthday, Brce!

  • I really like the chapter after this which is purgin fires, where Ra's talking about his attack is pure epicness

  • Have you finally learned to do what is necessary?

  • An incredible actor

  • nolan makes the best villains, i found ra's al ghul to be just as effectively antagonistic as the joker, the joker was more unique in his style and personality to most villains, but i found ra's al ghul to be just as frightening and dangerous as the joker

  • @jhibbitt1 So did I. Plus, I find him just as great of a villain as Joker because Ra's taught Bruce everything he knew, he taught him how to face his fears and use it against villains. But it turns out that Bruce and Ra's have different meanings on their definition of the word "justice".

  • Christopher Nolan(director) in the background at 1:22

  • @chrisokid are you sure thats him?

  • @chrisokid Charles Edwards. The same actor who played the Wayne Enterprises executive who told Earle the microwave emitter had been stolen.

  • @chrisokid Nope that's the nervous guy with glasses who tells Earl about the microwave emitter.

  • That's one of the reasons I like Ra's as a villain. He immediately knows Bruce is Batman, while other villains are either oblivious to it, trying to find out, or just don't care i.e. the Joker. Ra's is the only one in Batman's rogue's gallery besides Bane that is physically capable of beating him, and is the only one that really knows Bruce.

  • Brce?

  • he's so good that he switches from worried to Rachel to worried about the party then play a pretended drunk, now that my friend is pure acting.

  • You are welcome to explain the situation to them.

    pwned

  • epic! epic! reminds me here of fuckin PATRICK BATEMAN!! christian bale, the best!

  • Lol I love freeman as fox...he gets crap from everyone but guess what the superboss wants to hang out with him...

  • i didn't even know rutger hauer was in this movie

  • "Stop smiling, it's not a joke." TROLOLOL I AM DEAD.

  • This scene made the movie for me.

  • Bale: a complex Batman, but a brilliant Bruce Wayne

  • Thumbs up if you had no IDEA he was the bad guy :D........

  • alfred you should have done lil more with her

  • I wish my birthdays were that exciting.

  • "amusing.... but pointless. None of these people have long to live"- Ras

  • 'You're not Ra's Al Ghul...I watched him die...'

'But is not Ra's Al Ghul...immortal?'

All while the lady is still on Bruce's side... She was probably thinking "wtf are they talking about?!?!"

  • @ProtoMarcus her reaction is priceless.

  • @ProtoMarcus I thought about that a lot when I saw it for the first time, and I think she was employed by Ras to lead Bruce here. :D

  • Make a new one!! Start it at 3:14... That would be SO rad!!

  • Ra's al Ghul's true identity revealed! The best part of the movie!

  • hate morgan freeman. creep

  • @floatingify Why? And I think Ra's is Ducard the whole time, and not a title.

  • that looks like the most incredibly boring birthday party ever.

  • if only i had the balls like bruce wayne to tell phoney fraud to get a LIFE!

  • I recited this Bruce Wayne speech at my birthday party and everyone in the room was like WTF, and the only one who got it was my batman fanatic friend. It was hilarious!

  • @dietsnapple89 OMG that would've been awesome to be there !! I would've totally support you on this one LOL ^^

  • @dietsnapple89 haha that's so great!! You're awsome

  • Comment removed

  • Is there anyway you could put up just the little speach he makes to clear out the house?

  • @Antichrist2000 I agree!! Thats what I was lookin' for when I stumbled on this....

  • first movie, the enemies are his master and his former mates, the battle its based on training and martial arts. In the second movie the villiain is so fucked up inside that violence or martial arts are completely worthless againts him. For me the third movie should have somebody like grundy or croc (you know, the muscle) and some crazy motherfucker like blackmask and riddler.

  • -You were my greatest student, it should be you standing by my side saving the world.

-Ill be standing where i belong, between you and the people of gotham. MOTHERFUCKING EPIC!!! i questioned my sexuallity when bale said that line

  • But is Ra's al Ghul immortal? Are his methods supernatural?

  • @BigDickCheney Ra's al Ghul was and always have been Henri (Liam Neeson), not the monk. Was their idea to make Bruce believe that.

  • Comment removed

  • @BigDickCheney hey using lavarsh pit that lets him come back from the dead

  • @Airdemon2100

    You mean lazarus pit Lol

  • @BigDickCheney love that part, liam neeson the epitome of a classy badass

  • christian bale didnt have to act for that scene

  • remind me to use that speech at the next 'family' reunion. he says it better than i ever could.

  • Did I hear a Two-Face reference?

  • @aquapendulum ..?? Where.lol

  • @aquapendulum 3:46 "To all of you... all of you phonies, all of you TWO FACE friends..."

  • @aquapendulum "Stop smiling, it's not a joke, please leave..."

Tell me it wasn't totally foreshadowing the Dark Knight.

  • @AkasunaNoSasoriSama All written by David Motherfucking Goyer!

  • How was that foreshadowing Dark Knight? @AkasunaNoSasoriSama

  • @neoYTPism I feel like that line and the one mentioning two-faced friends were both nods to the villians in the Dark Knight, Two-Face and the Joker; the Joker being the more subtle of the two.

  • @AkasunaNoSasoriSama

    ...

"Two-faced" means hypocritical, which itself is likely too vague to be any specific foreshadowing towards Two-Face. And "it's not a joke" is WAY too vague a phrase to be a foreshadowing of the Joker.

  • @neoYTPism I'm sure the .01 percent of people capable of reading who don't know the meaning of the word "two-faced" would thank you, but believe what you will. It doesn't really make a difference either way.

  • Well excuse me if your assumption, that "two-faced" was a reference to Dent, made it seem like you didn't know what "two-faced" means. @AkasunaNoSasoriSama

  • @neoYTPism My specific words were "...mentioning two-faced friends were both nods to..." That phrase meaning it's an indirect acknowledgement. For example, Ray Parks was Darth Maul in Star Wars Ep. 1. He was also Toad in X-Men, and had a scene where he twirled a pole around like the dual-bladed lightsaber in Ep. 1, a nod to a previous role. That doesn't make Toad Darth Maul, or anything - it was just a little tidbit intentionally added to catch your attention, like, in my opinion, those lines.

  • @AkasunaNoSasoriSama

Technically, it's more of an assumption than an opinion, but I get what you mean now.

  • I'm actually thinking of doing this on my upcoming birthday party.

  • Jeez he really messed up there!

  • I wish I had the guts to tell fake people to piss off!

  • @jzd4rma Really? Of all the Bruce Wayne features, that's the one you want? Because, personally, I'd prefer the few bills.

  • @AkasunaNoSasoriSama well i think Bruce Wayne is only able to do this due to his unlimited wealth and power so yes off course it would also be very nice to be a billionaire! but previous statement also stands

  • @jzd4rma

you need a lot of liquid courage
