Yeah, I do meltdowns in the video, because they demonstrate what is in my opinion one of the easier movements to incorporate the waistwrap into it. Meltdowns are half waistwrap, half crosser. If I was showing a waistwrapped weave in the wheel (or side) plane, it'd basically be a btb weave. This video is to get people used to the concept of waistwrappying. If you want to see a more complete waistwrap video, check out my other one, this one was just and intro to ease people into it.
Another good way to stretch those muscles is to place the inside of your arm against a wall, with the elbow at 90 degrees, and push gently. (I have to do that for physio cause I have a defect in my shoulder)
