Charice Pempengco and regine Velasquez have a better techniques compared to Idayu. As a matter of fact regine's highnotes are really effortless. If you look Idayu, she cannot control the tension in her face that's why she didn't look that good while singing.
Moreover, charice has a better vocal control and techniques than Idayu.

but do ur revision first to explore on Idayu's vocal range..She is a Dramatic Colorotura Soprano singer..her lowest note is in 2nd octave and highest note is F7 or G7. This is the only an audition.. u need to find more video on her and listned how she did melisme technique using whistling register easily..Nikki goes second after her.i know u want to promote ur singer, Charice..as u know ur singer so much, so do i..charice can't did whistle like Idayu's did..I promise u

yes she is good but compared to charice and regine, she is nothing..
Charice Pempengco and regine Velasquez have a better techniques compared to Idayu. As a matter of fact regine's highnotes are really effortless. If you look Idayu, she cannot control the tension in her face that's why she didn't look that good while singing.
Moreover, charice has a better vocal control and techniques than Idayu.
These words that I said are not words to criticize, instead this are words of factual information

i like charice's version she can belt out fully blasting from her sternum..idayu can't belt out further to finish the song she used her head tone on this song..though idayu can whistle but can't belt out high notes consistently..

but do ur revision first to explore on Idayu's vocal range..She is a Dramatic Colorotura Soprano singer..her lowest note is in 2nd octave and highest note is F7 or G7. This is the only an audition.. u need to find more video on her and listned how she did melisme technique using whistling register easily..Nikki goes second after her.i know u want to promote ur singer, Charice..as u know ur singer so much, so do i..charice can't did whistle like Idayu's did..I promise u

i like idayu..she's a great singer..i know nikki..siti.jackie..ning baizura..i like adibah noor too i like her song "terlalu istimiwah"...i know there's alot of great malaysian singers out there..noryn aziz is a great singer...charice is great too..i know charice doesn't whistle..she doesn't have to whistle cuz she's the whitney houston type..whitney doesn't whistle...idayu sounds like mariah/whitney so she does whistle...

way better than sarah oiam.. seriously WAY BETTER!!.. keep it up woman! wOo! but dun belt too much if u cant.. cos cracky at the top notes.. just use head voice but push it with ur chest voice pressure den it'll be powerful even though its head voice.. u sound great!

She use to be my coursemate n best friend masa belajar dulu. i personally had tested her vocal range. her vocal range IS 5 OCTAVE, but her tessitura is between 3-4 octaves.
please differentiate between range and tessitura. no offense.

hmm..very nice..i compared it with da real version by whitney n impressively saying idayu is gud. Pitching wise gud enuf coz she tried to deliver dis song in her own way. Perhaps this was kinda new to her coz this is da very first performance that she dit in da comp. But confidence level is seen through her..huhu..no offense to people who hate her, but u shud accept her whole heartedly as a pre-professional singer. Means she is qualified to be one.
