Our Society has such a sad legacy of race relations- thank God for artists such as Gladys Knight and Kenny Rodgers to use their gifts in collaboration to bring people together in joyful Song. Once again the Lady never disappoints.

Gladys sang this on one of her solo albums, "Gladys Knight" and rips it; but here, she takes it easy on Kenny (lol).

Actually Kenny Rogers was the first to record this (2 years before Glady's) and he rips it too on his solo version!
