This movie has so many great things going for it, like the visuals, music, actors etc.

I think my favourite thing though is just how Quorra looks at Sam. I was hooked on this movie the moment I saw her staring at him in the car after their escape from the arena.

Get a tingle in your stomach when a girl with eyes as beautiful as that looks at you that way.

If Sam and Flynn are still flesh and blood in the Grid, is Quorra still pixels or whatever in the real world? If so, how is she supposed to exist as a physical specimen? And where did she get her clothes from in this scene?

@cropcircle82 The correction algorithm for the digitizer used Flynn's stored atoms to build Quorra. Sadly the ending implies that Clu could never have succeeded since there wasn't enough raw mass to export his army. Clu might have escaped but there wasn't enough stored atoms to rebuild them all. Clu would have had to escape, then digitize enough mass (assuming there is enough power to do so), to bring his army out. The three of them could never have left, only two people roughly.

@idgarad This might sound pedantic but nice of them not to bother to explain that in the actual film - I must say that I found the screenplay and dialogue woefully and unsatisfyingly dumbed down. And that still doesn't cover how Quorra got her clothes - are we back to the correction algorithm again? it's all too convenient. But also, precisely how would a living organism be digitised and stored - as a data pattern of some kind? If so, why would the number of stored atoms be an issue?

If you are nothing more then an organic machines you brain, what makes you who you are, could easily be digitized in the sense of a recording of your brain's current state is taken, then the structure of the brain modeled in the software, then loaded with the data. Viola you are now alive in a software simulation. Sadly the processing power is likely hundreds of years still to come (given current neural simulation).

The movie can be understood only by those who think way deeper than the words and visuals: Kevin Flynn was motivated to change the world, and that is why he sacrificed himself. In order to get Quorra, who was an ISO, to the real world for the better of man kind. She had the perfect gene after all.

Actually, the only thing that could have made this ending better is if they had used the "Finale" track from the soundtrack, instead of the "Sunrise Prelude" (which they used twice in the film, the first time being on the Solar Sailor, which was more appropriate).
