ill be more specific. when he sings "silently the senses, abandon their defenses" from about :35 to :50 he goes from being directly on pitch to a halfstep off by putting said note more into the frontal mask of his face than he needs to. and no, swooping, like literally swooping from note to note. i know that its not written in the music, in any arrangement....because it doesnt sound good. so if he added it to sound more mysterious....*blaring fog horn* incorrect.
1. Were you really doing all the hand and smiling crap in front of those people? That's great for stage, man, but that's quite egotistical and creepy for wherever you were doing it.
2. The way you're doing it now, no one is going to even suggest you for Phantom. Lots of people can sing and be charming. The Phantom is much more than that. There is not a hint of intelligence to your voice, no hint of darkness, no hint that instead of a naive lovesong it is an obsessed but lonely ensnarement.
you have a really good voice but it sounds like you're just singing it doesnt sound like you are singing right from your soul which is really important for this song
thank you ! that is awesome that you think so... I also checked you out and found some great new voice training sites to check out!!! peace, Shaktim The Hamlet of YouTube
OMG...I thought that I loved this when you sang it in the cave in India...Now I have it where I can not only hear but see you as well!! I LOVE MY TIM MOLONEY!!!! The man and the voice that I have loved almost my entire life! I miss you terribly!
AHHH... Cindee... thanks for the goose bumps... that was very special. You will be on the FRONT ROW when I make my Broadway Debut ! love, Tim / Shaktim
Wow, you have a good voice, you just need to get 'inside' Erik 'the phantom' and really let him crawl into you. I've seen the musical seven times onstage, hehe. But now I'm rambling. Good luck Tim! or rather, break a leg =)

3. at :50 you literally make the most un attractive noise ive ever heard.....

@shaktim No, he was talking about 0:40 - it sounds abhorrent.
