CPS does not unfortunately protect Children. CPS wastes most of its time and budget prognosticating false criteria to needlessly entrap children within its broken system. They are maleficent in their observations and reports and are intent only upon the demonization of the childs parent or parents and family. This current faulty status quo directly contributes to the prevalent eighty percent failure rates of children by child welfare services today. O:-)

You are not alone. Here in Germany so many parents lost their children by death through CPS (German Jugendamt).

I am sick of this shit CPS! It seems they want to destroy mankind. The same phrases from CPS workers in USA, CAN, GB, Germany and other countries.

Where do this brown phrases and ideas come from? What have CPS workers learnt and read? I think brown ideas spread the universities and one has discovered that this is a method to control the world.

This Agency must be held to the legal requirement of a warrant obtained from a noninvolved, third party, judge, or exigent circumstances wherein a child is likely to be seriously injured or die if the worker is required to obtain a warrant.

In a memo to CPS, following the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, in Gates v. Texas, the appellate courts clarified what constitutes exigency, and when a worker may take a child from their home without a warrant due to exigent circumstances.

What "services" to these monsters offer? How do these monsters rationalize taking babies and children out of the home? The whole issue of "protective services" hinges upon the legislative intent that "government" does not have authority to interrupt family, but only to intervene under extreme circumstances, and then only to the extent ("narrowly tailored") that is NEEDED to "fix the identified problem" (i.e. "remedial services"). Taking children AWAY for 1-5 YEARS fixes NOTHING. Only INJURES.
