its for 8 buns:

water - 125ml

butter with no salt - 45g

salt - a little

flour - 60g (I think~ the kanjis are difficult to read,but with all my logic)

eggs (sizeM) - 2

vanilla - 1/4 of a stick

yolk - 2 granulated shugar- 60g

flour -6g corn flour-6g

fresh cream - 140g

shugar for covering
