i mean cmyk sa dark tshirts po...

@dextermayor we do not use tulco ordinary and cmyk paints sa colored shirts po.. Gamit naming paint is Tulco either rubberized or athletic for colored shirts. Sa black shirts we usually use athletic..

@carbonxhawaii hindi naka on lagi.. on mo pang pag nagpiprint ka, kasi mainit sya, posibleng masunog ang t-shirt, umuusok kapag natatagalan, so mga 5 seconds per shirt expose mo sa halogen.. then let it cool, kung medyo basa pa, expose mo ulit for another 5 secs.. yup for all ink..

This is a great video. Nice that you can sit sometimes to print. What are you using to flash cure there in the back? Is that a lamp?

@CatspitProductions - we used halogen lamp to flash cure coz it's cheaper, easy to replace bulb.

what paint are you using?

For this rotating t-shirt printing machine, we used Tulco Aquasoft paint for contineous print without blocking your screen. If you want to use opaque paint, Athletic or the same, you will need to wash your screen everytime you complete printing on all stations, to avoid blocking of paint to the screen.
