Something is fishy about this video. The mps 6 does the 60mph in 6.6, and the is350 can do it less than 5 (5.3 is believable, obviously), so why at 1:34 are the two cars neck and neck at 60mph (you can count the seconds)? 1.5 seconds difference equals to at least 2 car lengths. And another thing, the s2000 is also capable of sub 6 seconds, so how is it possible the red mps loss to the s2000? either the mps had more than just cai and exhaust & probably boosted it too, or the video is biased.

Check more reliable source like Road&Track. They provide you the details on the test setup and location, weather conditions as well as the launching method. 0-60 in 4.9 sec and 13.5 sec quarter mile. Yup, it was done in 90F hot ass weather. Car&Driver is biased toward BMWs you stupid......

Yea vitalidze1, the IS350 is damn quick. Type in the search box "IS350 4.52" or 4.6, 4.7, or 4.9. I just tried a timed run of 0-60 in my bone stock IS350 and my Vector FX1 registered 4.90 sec. Pretty good for my first run test. I'm aiming for a 4.8 sec next.... btw, juice14 got 4.52 sec on his lightly modded IS350.
The IS350 gets 13.3 sec quarter mile. The Mazdaspeed6 does not get 13.3 you dumb faggots. Also, whoever said the '06 Altima SER rip through these cars you are on drugs. Go hang yourself. You stupid.
This is the europe MPS version too. The US mazdaspeed 6 has 274 bhp. Stock for stock though the lexus prob has a better 1/4. Mazda is easier / cheaper to mod though. Both nice cars though.

Here's a life lesson for ya buddy..Always know the true facts before you express your opinions because you'll end up looking like a shitbrained moron in the end just as how you look right now..Here REAL facts.I own a stock 2006 Altima SER with the world class 350Z's VQ35DE 3.5L engine and my BROTHER has a 2007 IS350.On EVERY run,my Altima pulls ahead of the lexus,with either me or him driving for 0 to 60 digs or 1/4 mile drags.The Nissan low friction VQ35DE with close ratio 6speed is unbeatable.
Good Comment redbiker . I beat 2 of those so called ser with my IS350. The Lexus has more power and torque. No way will the Altima come close to the Lexus, specially if you compare car for car not just the engine. Infinity G a is closer but not the Altima.
IS350 directly competes C6 Z06 and ZR-1 Vette's as well as Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 from a dig. There are plenty of videos where IS350 beating much higher powered cars like IS-F, Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari F430, and more. Your SE-R would have to be as fast as those car in order to directly compete with the IS350. I mean I even lose consciousness when I push it from a dig cause my blood get pushed back of my head due to extreme g-force. I then almost threw up.
easy to beat them all with stock. It's stock where this IS350 really performs. Don't even think about modding the air intake as its factory one is extremely well optimized.
Are you burning 93 octane in that speed6? I have one and I feel a rather large difference. Our engines are bitchy about anything under 93 it seems. When the car is running 93, it should be good for 0-60 in just over 5 seconds so it should be neck and neck with an IS350. Slap an FMIC and a downpipe on and you'll be showin' people your tailpipes.
and on top of it all, the driver of the Mazda didn't launch. at all. theres no way a Lexus RWD with 30 more hp out-launches an AWD. You can drop a Speed6 at 4500 slip the clutch for a one mississippi and already be 3 car lengths on any single drive axel car with similar stats in a range of 100hp. I can outlaunch my boy's LS1 GTO and my other friend's SVT Cobra every time. of course they catch up, but i'm sayin for almost 10k more you get a Lexus that can barely beat a mazda & cant drive in snow

if both drivers are good then the 0-60 is no contest, the is350 rated by car and driver hits 60 in 5.1 sec, where as the speed6 hits 60 at around 5.4, and respectively their quarter miles are 13.7 for the lexus and 14.0 for the speed 6.

Yea vitalidze1, the IS350 is damn quick. Type in the search box "IS350 4.52" or 4.6, 4.7, or 4.9. I just tried a timed run of 0-60 in my bone stock IS350 and my Vector FX1 registered 4.90 sec. Pretty good for my first run test. I'm aiming for a 4.8 sec next.... btw, juice14 got 4.52 sec on his lightly modded IS350.

This is the europe MPS version too. The US mazdaspeed 6 has 274 bhp. Stock for stock though the lexus prob has a better 1/4. Mazda is easier / cheaper to mod though. Both nice cars though.

IS350 directly competes C6 Z06 and ZR-1 Vette's as well as Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 from a dig. There are plenty of videos where IS350 beating much higher powered cars like IS-F, Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari F430, and more. Your SE-R would have to be as fast as those car in order to directly compete with the IS350. I mean I even lose consciousness when I push it from a dig cause my blood get pushed back of my head due to extreme g-force. I then almost threw up.

Are you burning 93 octane in that speed6? I have one and I feel a rather large difference. Our engines are bitchy about anything under 93 it seems. When the car is running 93, it should be good for 0-60 in just over 5 seconds so it should be neck and neck with an IS350. Slap an FMIC and a downpipe on and you'll be showin' people your tailpipes.

and on top of it all, the driver of the Mazda didn't launch. at all. theres no way a Lexus RWD with 30 more hp out-launches an AWD. You can drop a Speed6 at 4500 slip the clutch for a one mississippi and already be 3 car lengths on any single drive axel car with similar stats in a range of 100hp. I can outlaunch my boy's LS1 GTO and my other friend's SVT Cobra every time. of course they catch up, but i'm sayin for almost 10k more you get a Lexus that can barely beat a mazda & cant drive in snow
