She decided to live like that...seems she is going back in time, way back...no culture, no art, just pure nothing...except of course what's in her head.
Not drinking water is BAD. I don't care how "diluted" the fruits she's eating are, your body needs to be well hydrated to be healthy. You need a lot more water than food. Drinking water will make you feel full and less likely to overeat. Often people eat when they are actually thirsty. Also drinking lots of water is very beneficial to your skin, hair and digestive system. I respect the way she has chosen to live, and living naturally is a sensible choice, but giving up water is not a good idea.
@Ahsav26 Not true at all. Most fruits, even vegetables are over 80% water. Although aspects of that diet are flawed, as far as water intake goes, it is possible to obtain a healthy amount of water through fruit. And it doesn't seem like anything she is doing is contributing to overeating.
i enjoyed this vid but btw they not charged particles they're the light receptors in your eyes, you can see them if you stare at any white or light coloured surface and the large one are particles in the fluid in your eye FYI.
This lady has the right idea. Our lives are overly burdened by the daily rat race and the aquisition of money in order to acquire a bunch of stuff we really don't need. I'm not sure about the no walls or furniture. That "information in the food" business is just existential mumbo-jumbo, although I agree with the natural diet and eating local. All in all a good video, thanks.
Im always tickled at the city folks that walk outside and have the self absorbed arrogance to tell the world how they discovered birds and trees. "Oh wow!..I got wet and got religion to the goddess of rock". These are the same people that make fun of rednecks in Georgia, Alabama, etc who grow up hunting and gathering.
she doesn't seem to work or do any endurance stuff so she may get away with such a life style but anyone who does REAL work or lives in any non-tropical place can't survive like this. and in some places hunting/fishing/trapping are the only way to survive.
I was so happy when Jeff took me to see you place 3 or 4 years ago. It is so peaceful there. You are an inspiration. And for those of you who dont believe she is doing this, she really is.
I see the porch, but where's the house??? Just kidding, I see a pretty, intelligent, Lady, who is doing what she wants, where she wants to do it. I think she's great.
yeah move to hawaii you wont need clothes either just eat the food on the trees news flash its been done! but dont eat that one fruit youll screw the whole thing up.
This is so full of crap. She drinks no water in a humid environment like Costa Rica? I don't care how much fruit she ate she'd be dead in a week. No salt or fats? Sure. Just fruit. Hyponatremia with a side of rickets. What should I expect from a German guy who changed his name to something childish like "Ka Sunshine"! Was that an all natural wed eater her gardener was using after he took bags of groceries into the house? What a crock.
@WurledPeas humans dont need salt, infact the native americans didnt even know what salt was. And as for fat, we can get it from coconuts and avocados. But your right, i am sceptical about the water
@superbambino24 Totally untrue. The Native Americans has salt. There was trading among the tribes and one thing that was traded was salt from either coastal regions or from areas that had salt formations and salt water/mineral seeps. Africans, Amazon natives and one tribe I know of in Borneo took yearly treks to acquire salt. The British cut off Dyaks from the coast to kill the salt trade and make them submit in Sarawak. Yes you get some fats from avocados and coconuts. Nuts as well.
@superbambino24 Trust me, I am an EMT. We've been using salt since the dawn of time. The fact that we started manufacturing it enabled our human ability to migrate away from the seas and other sources of salt. You should know that.
If she is truly living this way, I applaud her. I would love to live in a more natural setting like this, but don't think i could really go through with it. My family goes camping once a year, that will have to do, for now.
Ok, so that's Costa Rica.. i'm stuck up here in the north.. what if I can't move that far.. I will freeze to death in a "house" like that...and where is that I don't have the money to buy land...and what if you have kids.. many unanswered questions...

@bluestudio67 i was sceptical about the no soap thing too. so i stopped using soap for two weeks and amazingly i got rid of my dandruff and my chest acne cleared up. The body is self cleaning, as long as you eat a good diet you wont smell or get greasy hair.
@superbambino24 I've used the crystal rock 'deoderant' a long time ago and it lasted 6 months with just one rock. Good stuff, really. Up to date We live in France and our youngest still has health problems fronm our adventure to be autonom. If she likes her lifestyle and is happy with it then who are we to object. I live in a rural area and a lot of what she says, makes sense but it is not for everyone, including me. I don't think she really lives completely in the open since it does look like a building in the background and during storms, her 'house' will not give much protection. Since she claims a farm, does all she grow is fruits? I don't mean to sound negative and I do admire her way of life.
sure would have been nice to have a tour. I'm a swamp dweller up north in Minnesota, U.S.A.. Didn't have electric for 7 years. Missed the cold water to drink was all. My plan is to be able to live without the fridge. Eat rabbits for protein, gather rain water, dig a well. Also enclose everything, screening, windows, material, pallets. Just wish I had fruit trees. Nice lawn you have. (you can see when the critters are coming.) Air baths. awww can't wait for spring!
Interesting. I couldn't help thinking about the mosquitoes at night. How does Aimy deal with them? I lived in Puerto Rico as a child and the mosquitoes were merciless. I enjoyed the video. The air is so much cleaner in the tropics. I am glad for her.
the only thing is that i would want internet, i love my internet, it allows me to connect with great like mined peeps and i learn so much, i could live with out furniture and such but i gots to have my internet :( other than that, this is a grate way to live ^_^
I understand the lifestyle she has chosen, I'm just confused a little bit. I can't tell, but it seems like her necklace and earrings are made of metal. The beam holding up the house has metal bolts in it, yet in the "Hygienic Raw Living" video on the right she says it is all natural. Why does she wear clothing made in a factory? In that other video, she uses a tent to sleep in (A tent made by a factory). Honestly, I'm just confused
I'd put screen protection around that hut and make a water-fetch shower somewhere, maybe solar-bag shower. Bug bites can be bad, especially where there are deadly aggressive insects.
I have lived in latin America...actually had a small house in the jungles above and around Puerto Vallarta. It's beautiful there...but I have two words. "Rainy Season" It gets beyond humid....I'm not being negative, just asking how do you cope?
WITH NO BILLS TO PAY , T he prices vary between: $1299 for a shared- and $1599 for a single room with double bed?, that is quite expensive if there are no bills to pay right ? Don't do you think is a place for people to go a donate and enjoy this environment respecting the rules of nature ...? or money does matter ? be truthful to yourself .
i have no negative comment about this , we all are different and if she finds her peace this way good for here maybe other should learn , maybe ppl think its strange . as long as she doesnt do any harm to anyone or to her self . let her do the way she wants it do.
To all those who write negative comments, shows how far they are from connecting with themselves .Really poor creatures slaves of their own desires ,unable to understand , but ready to judge ! Without knowing. Very sad reality of human condition.I am Happy for Aimy, and wish more people dare to know themselves as she is doing . Ka , thanks for showing us what is possible ! And to the judgers and negative commenters ,continue in your little hole of your empty minds. sooner o later you´ll get it !

@culturacolombia Huh? for what? A villa in the middle of the jungle? Really? I can get away and get natural for about $100 in Latin America. You talk about purity and all the other good stuff but really your a money grubbing capitalist pig in disguise. Those prices are OUTRAGEOUS for latin america. I lived there....you are taking advantage.
@davehutchinson67 For you being a yoga practitioner or a peaceful person is quite an emotional response , my only question is why is so expensive why no $50 per night , REMEMBER THAT YOU PAY NO BILLS . and remember that ask for dollars receive and spend Colones .
@davehutchinson67 I am against her lie , I am remembering people because I myself are looking for a place to relax for a while . Have great night from NJ
@18111969A Your comment in itself is negative by it's derogative connotation. Then you turn around and stereotype people into 1 group as if everyone is the way you claim them to be. This shows me that your hypocrite and awareness of yourself is lost and you are no more in touch with what you do as what you say.
@WulfBand beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. my negativity and hypocrisy is in your eyes in my opinion..
To make it more clear what I meant: I know form my own experience that people (and I mean everybody, including the ones who give negative comments) CAN get as clean as this woman is. If people eat a clean diet,if they practice yoga our another type of energy work, etc, anybody can get clean form inside out (if you want to!).
If you are clean from inside out you do not smell anymore.
This is beautiful....what a way to free your soul from the corrupt society we live in called america. No mortgage, no car note, no daycare, no clocking in or out.......God bless you lady.
hmm but she is fully clothed with jewerly which means someone had to WORK to make those clothes which involved machinery, electricity, oil, etc to get the job done.hyprocrite. and nasty. bet she doesnt use any soap and her lady parts stink..yuck
@NiVeA5678 If you live on mainly fruit and you spend almost all your time in the open air and you wash with fresh water... your parts wont stink. Try it. I have. It's like a total detox. If you neglect the regular washing or you masturbate every day, you'll start to stink. I couldn't live without toothpaste though.

@NiVeA5678 she said she doesn't use anything unnatural . . . that's means no soap. Uhh clothes last for years and she's only been living there for about 5 years . . . and nope she wouldn't stink, people only stink because the chemicals from what you eat(or apply to your body) are coming out of your body, so you would definitely stink after a couple days since you obviously don't eat healthily(no matter how clean you're eating, it will never compare to her daily fresh picked fruit).
I mostly wonder what she does for fun out there. I mean does she have friends who stop by? A significant other? It's great that she can live so close to nature if that's what she wants, but it seems it must bring a certain degree of isolation with it. Socialization is a part of our true nature as well.
@completebastard human companion is overrated.. experience will show ya that 99% of our so called "friends" are nothing but boredom or a pain in the neck, and what seems fun now will prove tasteless and will be transcended ..true freedom comes to those who get to taste the bliss of solitude which only comes after much experience.. till then "enjoy" your "fun" with your friends ..the few true ones (or ONE for that matter) will stick around no matter how or where you live (=
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Just imagine if everyone did this,,,No productivity, No giving back to society and No future. This is a Leech. She does nothing to bennefit others like producing food, or items to live with, and what if she gets injured,,then she is relying on the Tax paying public. This is like "Occupy" who have yet to do anything but destroy, use up and put their hands out for freebees. She is one piece of work. She is the reason we are working harder now more then before. She produces only for herself.
@Hermanvogel It's her right. The opposite, forcing people to contribute to a society they don't agree with (and also don't benefit from, so null your "leech" comment), is a far, far worse idea.
@Hermanvogel what utter rubbish. everything anyone does is for personal gain and joy. if your not then Ur not alive. get a life and mind Ur own business. your a loser. live your own life not other peoples!
Click THUMBS UP if you... Would love to adopt this natural, topical and spiritual lifestyle (not necessarily without electricity)but it is simply NOT an option for you! Very few people have circumstances whereas they are able to simply move to a warm tropical place and live there! It is wonderful to watch but it would only ever be a holiday for most. Great vid though :) PEACE!
Yes, way too clean to be living in the open. What about rain blown by the wind? I don't think that blouse was just washed in rain water. She helps "the community" but where does she get her support? Trust fund kid I'd guess.
Clearly this lady is full of shit. Her apperance alone shows that she showers and lives in a regular typer of home - like the one behind her :) plus - I live in the tropics. If she lived like she said, she would be eaten aline by mosquitoes!
@asuwish0000 you'd be surprised about the natural power of just plain water, now i'm not some hippy, in fact i'm some random gamer that saw this vid with "off the grid" and thought it was some cool diy shit, but nope. so now i'm here telling you that my pimple free face is only pimple free because i splash water on it once or twice a day, proving to me at least the power of water alone, compared to useless facial chemicals that just made it worse. also mosquitoes only bite certain people.
Please, it's a cabana that she uses to hang out in. Blah, blah, blah....It's nice to have a house nearby to run into when you've had enough. especially with kids.
Great stuff, congratulations for the beautiful way of life. Although I wouldn't get into "connection with starlight" conversations, for that is quite irrelevant - animals don't speak about that stuff so one can just life beautifully without even thinking of that stuff. I would install some windbreaks in the house and build some musical instruments too
I bet if she raises her arm it looks like she has buckwheart in a head lock. A life without furniture ? I think being off grid is good but holy hippy hell batman .
@skipwadoo I am sure she is a very nice person but she is the same cookie cutter hippy chick as all the rest. IMO it's okay to think these things or to live like this , what I dont understand is why all the people I meet tlike this seem to be hygenically challenged and disconnected from reality.Totally okay to love nature and peace But get real " air sun bathing " ? That equasl funk and unsanitary..........you need hot water and soap to kill germs . Just a bit of a loon in my book.
I am really interested in living like this with a group of friends. Big question, what does she do about mosquitos??

sure would have been nice to have a tour.

I started looking for a more healthy diet, but to be honest, sooner keep my smooth skin and eat meat and dairy....
if the skin looks like that on the outside, whats the insides like....

@18111969A Your comment in itself is negative by it's derogative connotation. Then you turn around and stereotype people into 1 group as if everyone is the way you claim them to be. This shows me that your hypocrite and awareness of yourself is lost and you are no more in touch with what you do as what you say.
WulfBand 1 month ago
@WulfBand beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. my negativity and hypocrisy is in your eyes in my opinion..
To make it more clear what I meant: I know form my own experience that people (and I mean everybody, including the ones who give negative comments) CAN get as clean as this woman is. If people eat a clean diet,if they practice yoga our another type of energy work, etc, anybody can get clean form inside out (if you want to!).
If you are clean from inside out you do not smell anymore.

Hermanvogel 1 month ago
@Hermanvogel It's her right. The opposite, forcing people to contribute to a society they don't agree with (and also don't benefit from, so null your "leech" comment), is a far, far worse idea.

Although I wouldn't get into "connection with starlight" conversations, for that is quite irrelevant - animals don't speak about that stuff so one can just life beautifully without even thinking of that stuff.
