Because its not part of the N95 classic... though in the new v30 firmware it has auto-rotate like the 8GB so you dont need Rotate Me.

I've just downloaded this to my n95 8gb free from nokiaeurope. Works perfectly and no file or cert needs signing. Just install the newest software version and presto!!
