son, I'm open 2 any trainin'/advice I just don't wanna hear dat a 6'5 280lbs dude that throws 63 has a 1rm bench of 290. But that looked effortless. Props on the big increase. Go on my facebook I have 2 vids of my throws, see what you can say about them. I'm around top but not progressin like i want to. Any advice will help. good looks nd keep throwin
@llennroy lol, I bench 290 chuck. Last time erol was in the gym he did 275 once. He doesn't really lift, strength is totally training specific. If he got serious about the gym he could do 315 after 2 weeks Im sure of it. ;-)
